An Orc's Journey

13. A Very Busy Road

"So uhh. You guys may want to hold on." Richter was at the wheel. Dehaka was next to him with Dits and Krista behind them. "Why?" Krista leaned over the gap between the two in front.

"We got a roadblock. Sit back down" He glanced at his mirrors and pushed Krista back into her chair. "Oh FOR FUCK SAKE." He withdrew a gun and started firing backwards blindly. "Could you help me?" Dehaka looked behind him. He saw four cars and a truck. "What can I do?" Dehaka turned to look at Richter. "Get on top of the car and kill them. And Dits can help me out dealing with the roadblock."
"How could I help?" Dits jumped over the seat and sat next to Richter. "You've got ice magic, Yeah?"
"Yeah. What do you want me to do?"

On top of the car. Dehaka pulled up Krista and H. "Abigail! Try and take out the driver or the tires" as he said this Abigail began to open fire. Killing two jumpers mid-air leaping at the car and popped three tyres on the truck. "Well this is going great. Shall we?" Dehaka gestured towards the cars. "I'll take the left." Krista leapt then disappeared mid-air appearing inside the car punching one of the drivers. "Which side do you want?" Dehaka looked at H. Whilst he shifted his hands turning them into a flat slate made of some kind of carapace as well as growing wings. H flew towards the right car and slammed into the roof, squashing the passenger. "I guess I have the middle then." Dehaka withdrew both blades and leapt towards the car he was facing.

Whilst most people would try to land on the car. Dehaka instead aimed for the front window of the car. He tucked his arms to his waist and pointed his blades outwards. Which made him look like a plane when he thought about it. Anyway Dehaka smashed straight into the window of the car. He soared between the two front seats and cut off the driver and passengers heads clean off. Which both fell into the people behinds laps. Dehaka spun in mid-air, aiming his blades so that they would slice the two people in the backseats. He successfully managed to carve the two up, with each spin he chopped up more of the two. Until what remained was two people cut into fine chunks all the way across their bodies. Dehaka proceeded to crash through the back mirror and land on the back of the car. As it slowed down the truck behind drew closer. And he jumped towards the truck. Hit the grill and went under the truck. "Fuck saaaaaaaaaaake" as he went under.

Krista had stopped time mid leap for two reasons. One, She could murder everyone in and around the car easier and two, if she didn't make the jump then no one would be able to see and make fun of her later. Krista just reached the roof of the car. There were two humans hanging off the side of the car ready to leap onto Richter's car. Krista withdrew her gun and grabbed onto one of the humans and swung down shooting at the pair of them and crashing into the car through a side window. She shot the person in front of her and put her dagger into the person in the passenger seat at the front of the car in the chest. Krista opened the door and pushed the corpse out the car, unfroze time and punched the driver in the face so he'd spin the wheel by accident. Which didn't happen. So Krista broke the cat person's neck and twisted the wheel so it would crash into the truck. Krista climbed to the roof of the car and jumped up to the truck slowly lifting herself up and shooting the two people on top of the truck. She heard Dehaka yell under the truck and ran to the end of the truck to pull him up. Unfortunately he was rolling on the ground behind the truck.

H had slammed into the roof of the car with his carapace arms. Which squashed the passenger. Next up was the driver. H shifted an arm into a blade and stabbed downwards piercing the roof and by the feeling of warmth in the blade, piercing the drivers skull and throat as well. With the driver dead, H shifted his feet into talons and pierced the back right tire of the car. H then lifted away from the car watching it spin out of control and explode. He noticed Dehaka rolling on the ground behind the truck and flew over, grabbing the Orc's shoulders in his talons and launching it at Krista. One second Dehaka was in the air in front of her, the next he was stood next to her at the front of the truck. H landed and walked to the front next to them. "So what's the plan here?"

"Pretty simple really" Dehaka pulled out his Battleaxe. "I'm going to kill those two in the actual truck. Krista is going to clear out the container and you are going to break the coupling once Krista is on the truck. Any questions?" When no one responded Dehaka slammed his Battleaxe into the roof of the truck and swung into the cabin. Krista was gone. And H was stood at the coupler shifting his arm into a xenomorphs, which was a creature from a movie H had seen.

Dehaka broke the window and kicked out the passenger by pulling him out the window as he swung in. He then punched the driver and twisted his arm, breaking it off and began to beat him with it. When he tried to push the man out of the cabin. Krista leapt in and put her dagger into his throat. "The container was empty." Dehaka switched seats with Krista "Well that's fortunate." Dehaka floored he accelerator causing the truck to charge towards Richter's car. H flew ahead and sat back down. Krista disappeared, then they both appeared in their seats in the car. "Ah good of you two join us" Richter was changing gears frantically. "Good job with the cars and truck. Now you may want to hold on to something."

In the time that Dehaka, Krista and H had cleared out the convoy behind them, Dits had made a ramp of ice to pass over the roadblock. They all soared over the roadblock and kept going. Aiming straight at the sea. Richter did not panic, he instead ran his fingers against the console as the car shifted. Losing its roof and becoming pointed at the front. Richter's seat raised up as everyone else became more closed together, instead of having four rows of two there were two rows of four seats now. And the car hit the water, but instead of sinking the group were shocked to see how buoyant the car was. As the car began to move through the water Richter turned to the group and said "Did I not mention that I can turn ol' Brucie into anything I wanted?"
