Memory Blank Chapter 4

Jasmine’s Pov

“Is she ok?” I asked the doctor looking at a confused Skyla. She kept looking around the room like she didn't know where she was.

The boys were out in the waiting room. The only reason why I was in there was because I was the closest to her and knew the most.

“Skyla someone’s here to see you” the doctor said as I walked into the ICU

    “Jasmine?”

“yupp”

    “Where am I? What happened?” she asked clearly confused

“You’re in the hospital with a mild concussion” Her face changed from confused to a bit scared.

    ” where is Jason? “ she asked.Jason? I didn't know a Jason. Did I  ? His name sounded familiar . Jason? Jason. Then I remembered Jason. He was Skyla’s Ex.

“You don't remember? “

       “No I don't sorry” Thats when I realized Skyla had amnesia. Oh my god. I had to lie to her. I couldn't let her go through that pain again.

“Jason isn’t here he..” I had to think of what to say. I couldn’t remind her of all the horrible things he did to her. I mean the guy tried killing her “Jason is..umm...dead” I lied

      “What ?” she asks surprised with tears in her eyes.

“yes he umm..” I had to think of a lie. I didn't wanna hurt her. I couldn’t tell her the truth , at least not yet shes not in a enough state yet.

     “ what the hell are you talking about, I’m not dead?” i heard a voice in the doorway. Turning around I saw Jason. What the hell was he doing here? How did he even find out about Skyla

“ Jason! “ Skyla shouted in happiness she ran towards him, tripping over her own feet and falling into his arms, embracing her in a warm hug. It made me want to puke.

      “JASON?!?” I yell “What the hell are you doing here?” I ask as my muscles tense. 

"Jasmine just said you were dead" Skyla said

     "Well obviasly I'm not dead"

"Huh well not yet" I mumbled

I hated that guy, he raped my sister, almost got her pregnant,  then tried killing her.  I thought he was in prison. Ugh I wanted to kill him right here and now.

I could to. I could take him. I may be small but I can fight. I was a 2nd degree black belt , knew aikido and self defence. It came in real handy .

“Jason what the hell are you doing here?” I asked again

       “Aww look Jazz missed me”

“Screw you, aren't you supposed to be in Jail?”

       “ wait, you were in jail? what happened? “ Skyla Asked . I thought that now was a good time to tell her

“Skyla he raped you, almost got  you pregnant , then tried to kill you”

        “ what! no that’s not true! Jason would never do that to me! “

“are you sure? Why don't you ask the judge or one the other 2 girls he did it to!” I yelled

           “You’re lying !” Skyla yelled

“Jazz why don't you leave so I can have some alone time with Skyla” Jason said with an evil glint in his eye.

Alright I’ve had enough of this crap. “Jason get the fu** out !” I yelled. Thats when he tried throwing a punch at me.

Luckily i was able to block it and grabbing his arm and putting behind his back as I throw him into the hall making him fall to the ground

“LADS !” I yelled.

     “Aww poor little princess needs to have others fight her battles “

“You know i can take you”

      “Jasmine what's wrong?” Liam asked running over

“Please help this kid out he was bothering Skyla and wouldn't leave”  Zayn grabbed his arm and escorted’ him outside as I waved goodbye.

       “Skyla are you ok?”

“Why did you kick him out Jasmine?” Skyla asked

      “Cause hes no good” I told her

“ I love him though “ she said quietly  “ and remember what mom said? ‘ reach for you goals and don’t let anyone get in your way ‘“

       “I know and thats exactly what I’m doing. My goal is to keep you safe from any harm  and he is getting in the way”

“B-but I love him  and he loves me  too” She whined.

Aww i didn't wanna bring this up but I had to

    “Skyla thats what mom and dad thought but look she ended up dead. We thought that dad and Uncle Rob loved us but they didn't they beat and abused us !” I yelled with tears in my eyes

“ I know.... but our love is different. i can feel it “ Sky said.

       “Thats what you said before he raped you”

Then it hit me. I remember when Skyla was going through all the pain she made a video about it and had the video of the court case saved. If I could find it and show her maybe she’d believe me

“ There is no evedence of him rapeing me so you can’t prove anything!  II know that he would never do that! “ She shouted.

 i couldn’t fight back with that, i knew Skyla for my whole life and she has a high intelligence in Law enforcement and Forensic science, so she is very familiar with police law and evidence. But i had to find that video.

The lawyer ….he knew about our past and gave me his number . I has to call him

“Jasmine !” Liam called “we gotta go”  I looked at Skyla

“Skyla I will prove to you that Jason is no good!” I said before leaving

Skyla’s Pov

“Jasmine !” a guy called “we gotta go”  Jasmine looked at me

“Skyla I will prove to you that Jason is no good!” she said before leaving.

I just sat there. i was a wreck, i didn’t know who to believe. My sister Jasmine or My boyfriend Jason?

  I’ve known my sister my whole life and we’ve been there for eachother since we were little

But Jason is the one I fell in love with for the very first time and that was one of the most special moments for me.
