Chapter 2

Skyla’s Pov

 “ see i think it’s getting - “ Jasmine  started to say but was soon cut off by bumping into someone “ Ow “ , i ran to her side “oh...my...god” Jasmine whispered

    “What is it?” I ask her following her gaze. Oh my god, we came face to face with the one and only  One  Direction

 “Oh my god sweetheart are you ok?” Liam asked helping Jasmine up

       “I- I -I’m o-ok “ she stuttered, I was trying my hardest not to fangirl.

“Jasmine, you ok? “ i asked.

    “ yeah I’m fine “ she answered getting up

 “SKYLA, JASMINE !’’ Mrs, Heathers yelled scaring us making us both jumpe “Where have you two been” She yelled grabbing both of our arms and dragging us over in line. Jasmine was still in the midst of getting up so she pretty much stumbled over. 

 “I called you guys down 10 minutes ago, you guys didn't show up, as punishment you will not eat tonight”

    "See I told you" Jasmine whispered

“ we’re really sorry, Mrs. Heathers “ I apologized

      “No this is the 3rd time you’ve done this now get in line” she yelled throwing us both in line with the other kids

“Mrs. Heathers can I just say-” Jasmine started

   “NO Jasmine I’ve had enough of your mouth if you don't like it here then leave” she yelled. I looked over at Jasmine and saw she had tears in her eyes

"I would if i could" I heard her mumble

    "What was that!?!" 

 “i’m sorry about my sister Mrs. Heathers, whenever she's upset she always speaks her mind” i say shaking  

   “see Jasmine? Why can’t you be more like you sister Skyla? “ She growled at her before walking away.

 

Jasmine’s Pov

Mrs. Heathers  was in her office looking for papers, so I grabbed the bag of chips from my bag and started to eath them "Jasmine put that away" Skyla said slapping my had

"But I'm starving and she's not here"

    "She's coming back" Skyla pointed out as Mrs. Heathers came back with a pile of papers handing them to One Direction “ahh-choo” I sneezed

"Ughh...Jasmine I have had enough of you" She yelled grabbing my arm pulling me out from the line "Upstairs now" she commanded pushing me causing me to trip over my own two feet falling over with my bag falling off my shoulder. Skyla watched me as all the food came spillling out onto the floor. 

   "Oooh Jasmine's in trouble" Serria said

"No I can explain" I said backing away. I heard Skyla gasp as she watched Mrs. Heathers come over to me.  

    "Jasmine get over here now" Mrs. Heathers hissed. I backed away accidently bumping into Liam again. I know embarrassing. I did the only thing I could think of. I went and hid behind him 

"Please don't let her hurt me" I said voice shaking

   "Mrs. Heathers what exactly is going to happen?"

"She disobeyed me and she needs to be disciplined"

   "No she'll hurt me"

"I promise sweetie I won't let her hurt you, but right now you need to go with her"

   "Jasmine you know you aren't supposed to go into the fridge without permission" Mrs Heathers said grabbing my arm and brought me back with Skyla

"I'm sorry but I was hungry and you weren't going to feed us so I had to take responsibility to get food for me and Skyla"

   "Just get back in line before I get really angry" she tossed me back to Skyla who looked at me worried

"Achoo" I sneezed

   “Alright thats enough!!” Mrs Heathers screamed grabbing my arm and dragging me towards the closet. I knew what she was gonna do. She was gonna lock me in there all night  with no food. I dug my heels into the floor in an attempt to slow her down. "I've had enough of you for today"

 “Jasmine!! “ Skyla screamed and quickly ran after us.

    “I’m sorry Mrs. Heathers it was just a sneeze” I whimper “P-Please don't lock me in there I hate it in there” I cried as she was opening the door. I could feel the damp air hit my face and the mildew smell hit my crinkled nose.

“Umm...Excuse me Mrs. Heathers?” Liam asked. They were still here? I thought  they left “If I may ask what are you going to do with her?” 

  “She’s going in the closet to spend the night for misbehaving” she said opening the door

“All she did was sneeze” Louis said

   “Exactly” Skyla said running to my side “Mrs. Heathers all she did was sneeze you can't really put her in there all night”

"And she stole food" Mrs. Heathers sneered her grip tightening on me

    "She was trying to fend for us, you wouldn't feed us so she had to" Skyla said

"Don't lock Skyla in there because of me, Just leave her out I'll go in" I said stepping towards the door

    "Jasmine no" Skyla ran over "Mrs Heathers don't you think you're being a little bit harsh?

 “Well if you see it that way you can go in with her” She said sternly

     "No i was just-"

“ALRIGHT!” Liam yelled “We know who we want to adopt” all eyes were on him
