Alya Cesaire woke up with a sigh, rubbing her eyes tiredly. She knew her parents would be mad at her for sleeping late but she had to finish her new post for the Ladyblog. She just had to! Oh yeah, and her Biology assignment too. She knew they weren't really happy that she was managing the school blog and the Ladyblog at the same time along with her school work especially the Ladyblog as she had gotten into trouble quite a few times because of it but it made her happy. Anyway, as a future reporter she knew how much she would have to sacrifice for her job. And she was willing to do it.

She got up with a yawn and groggily stretched, opening her eyes. Just in time to catch her sisters Etta and Ella gasp about run out of her room with something in their hands. Her eyes widened in shock as she lunged for them. She was on the floor seconds later. They laughed at her. She glared at them, getting up. They screamed and ran out of the room. She chased after them, yelling while doing so.

"GET BACK HERE YOU TWO SPAWNS OF THE DEVIL!!" Devil spawns was an understatement. They ran into their mother and immediately hid behind her. She chuckled.

Marlena Césaire was the Head Chef at Le Grand Paris. And she definitely deserved it. Every night she would cook them meals only found in the poshest restaurants and hotels. Alya felt her mouth water thinking about what the night's dinner would be. Would it be bœuf bourguignon? A classic coq au vin? Or - ALYA! CONCENTRATE!

'What have the twins done now?" She glared at two of them. There was really no difference between the two except that Ella liked mint green while Etta liked pink. Etta was also older which was surprising since she was the looser of the two. Her sister though she bore more common sense was not far behind.

"I would also like to know that. I wake up after having a good night's sleep like you guys told me, I am a very obedient daughter you know to find these two partners in crime stealing something from me! They should be grounded! Or better yet jailed! Or-"

"We didn't do anything, mommy." Alya growled at them. Her mom have them both a tight squeeze. They stuck out their tongues at Alya while she wasn't looking. She gasped.

"Wh-wh... why do I even bother." Her father walked in laughing.

"Don't worry Alya, you're still my favourite." He winked. She rolled her eyes. Her father was a zookeeper in Ménagerie du Jardin des Plantes. When she was younger she looked at him like he was a superhero. She used to feel so proud and bashful when he said that to her. He told her stories of how he and his panther sidekick fought bad animals and people when they tried to bully or steal zoo animals. It was from him and his storytelling that she had obtained her zeal for journalism. It was almost the same except the stories where real. She wanted to tell the stories of those who needed to share it to those who needed to hear it. Bad or not. Now as she looked at her father she couldn't help but smile, knowing that he had said the exact same thing to the other two-

"Hey! You said I was your favourite!"

"No me!" Exactly.

"Now girls, you're both my favourite."

"No I am!"

"No I am!"

She shot him a 'nice going dad' look, patting his back with a half sympathetic half payback time look for support. Her mom used that time to snatch the object from the twins. They whined. She shushed them.

"Now what's so important about this tablet that we can't get any peace and quiet in this house?" Alya grabbed the tablet from her mother without a thought and checked it to make sure it was okay. Her mother raised an eyebrow at her tapping her foot impatiently.

"Um... sorry mom. The ladyblog-" they frowned a bit. "And the school blog is in here. I better put it somewhere to keep these two monkeys from stealing it." The twins realised that their mischief moment had ended and left. Alya was on her way to her room when she heard her name being called.

"Alya." She gulped and turned around. "Yes mom?"

"Have a good day at school." She let out a sigh of relief. Good. She hadn't gotten caught. "And by the way next time you try to hide the fact that you slept late from me try lying a bit harder okay?" Her father chuckled, wrapping his arm around his wife's waist as a sweat drop formed on her head accompanied by a nervous smile.

"Thats my woman." She rolled her eyes, punching him playfully. He kissed her head. Alya couldnt help but mentally fangirl while mentally gagging. Bipolar much?

"Hon we know this is important to you but you if you can't handle it the-"

"I can!" What? Let down her thousands of subscribers, Ladybug (assuming she read it) and herself most of all?! No way!

"Are you-"

"Yes. I am sure." They shared a look and sighed.

"Fine. No matter what you do we support you. We will always support you. You know that right?" She nodded, smiling a bit.

"Yes. I'm sorry." They all hugged.

"It's fine."

"So... Lena's still asleep huh?" That was her four year old sister. Named after Lena Horne, a famous jazz singer just like her and the twins and her father too.

"Out like a light. Doesn't snore a lot though. Unlike your father-"

"Who snores very beautifully, thank you very much." They laughed.

"Go get ready okay hon?"

"I will!" She walked into school early with a happy smile on her face. You might wonder why she's early with all the delay. Using her common sense she calculated how much time it would take to get ready and get to school. It took about an hour in total. She just set her alarm to about thirty minutes before that. Which is why she woke up at six thirty every day. Little did the girl know things were about to change.

Yeah... the name is terrible. I was hoping to put Nino in too but it's too long to do that. The twins names are actually Ella and Etta and but I don't know which is which or their personalities or who is older. I made it up. Also she does have an unknown sibling but I made up the name and everything else. The stories her dad made up aren't true either. Everything else is more or less true. So yeah. I might make this a series I might not. Next is Nino and if it is too short I'll add some stuff. Bye!
