You and your girlfriend had went out to dinner after the both of you got off of work. Penelope had asked you how your day was and you were telling her about the lesson you had taught the kids at school on that day. She looked as if she wasn't listening to you though, and you were a little bit offended.
"Hey, are you even listening to me?" You asked her.
"Of course I am darling. I always listen to you." She told you, slipping her hand into yours.
"Prove it." You smirked.
Your smirk slowly fell though as she repeated everything you had just said. She hadn't been lying. She really was listening to you.
"I'm sorry I thought you weren't listening. You just had that look on your face that you have when you're doing something on your computer and you're blocking everything else out." You explained.
"Well, that is what I was doing. Except I was completely focusing on you. I want to always listen to everything you say to me. I do that every time you tell me something, you know." She said.
You smiled at her, and gave her hand a little squeeze letting her know that you loved her and were in complete awe at how you managed to win over this amazing girl.
