You hadn't seen JJ in nearly a week. She had been working a bad case, but you missed her. Badly. You had never gone this long without seeing each other, and it was really affecting you. Finally, you heard her keys in the door. She opened the door and her eyes met yours. You jumped up and ran to her, picking her up. She wrapped her legs around your waist and crashed her lips down on yours. You kissed her greedily, like you had been drowning the whole time she was gone and she was the oxygen that your lungs craved. You carried her into the bedroom and laid her down on the bed. You hovered over her and pulled away slightly.
"Mm, no. Don't stop kissing me." She whined.
"Babe, it's late. I'm tired. I know you're tired. There will be plenty of time for kissing in the morning." You giggled, climbing into the bed and pulling her against you for cuddles.
She groaned but snuggled into your side.
"I love you." She whispered.
"I love you too."
