"I got the joy, joy, joy, joy, down in my heart,
down in my heart, to stay.

You know,
as our day of reckoning inches closer,
I can't help but feel this child-like
excitement building up in me."
-Bray Wyatt-

"So who do you think they will be picking to be victorious?" Randal questioned referring to the match involving us at the grandest stage of them all while I simply shrugged as while there were many certain things in this world. My place within this company was never one of it...

"Me obtaining any special moment would be foolish thinking on my part." I sighed trying to withhold any of the many recent emotions radiating through the soul that had once been lost, "especially with the thin ice I am ever so treading on these days.."

"Because of Alexa?" His eyes focused on me as he prepared for a taping, within the locker room, despite knowing it would not please her having him within what was now a confinement for simply her and I.

"Seems us not being the ideal portrait of a happy couple comes at a price with these people." I chose not to elaborate when I hadn't discussed any nature of my meeting, with the man who played a part in my future, with Alexandria.

"That's why a woman away from all of this is the way to go. But the heart wants what it wants, they allowed you to share a ring and they wouldn't have done that if they did not approve... Or wait, Alexa demanded it? She might be an annoying little thing but she's surprising me by the effort she makes when she was running away from you not too long ago." He chuckled lightly as realization swept over him, I was still not sure how she had managed to make her path as a mediator, I suppose her spells could surely not be a true thing.

I did not respond to his amusing tone as sharing a ring with Alexandria was certainly a surprise as she had made her way down. I had thought I had become drunk with the very idea of her hearing a theme music ring throughout the arena as Luke glanced at me, but her confident walk down let me know she was indeed there.

I had enjoyed it, yet I did not, I was never a man to be nervous while performing. I was quite comfortable in knowing what had to be done but oh did I find it quite frustrating performing in front of my blissful witch. Whether it had been her gaze as I executed moves or her toying with me simply to either be true to her character or rile up her boyfriend. I could not help but chuckle at her audacity in challenging the Face of Fear but eventually I was welcomed to obtain a victory with her raising my hand.

"See, now that smile? Is a smile I have been waiting to see for quite sometime. Not the sadistic one but you're quite happy, Windham." He narrowed his eyes seeming content as was I, not displaying my usual disdain for him calling me by my true name.
