"Somebody read that." Mr. Matthews said.

""History will be kind to me for I intend to write it" Winston Churchill." Lucas read.

"And he did. Who's gonna write their own history here? What is history? I keep forgetting." Mr. Matthews asked.

"History is time passing." Lollie said.

"Oh yeah? How much time? Someone once said, "one hundred years from now, all new people."" Mr. Matthews said.

"One hundred years!" Maya said.

"Wrong."

"You set me up."

"When should you guys begin to make your own history?" Mr. Matthews asked.

"Right now." Riley said.

"Good. So, today we're talking about Winston Churchill. When the new people come, how do you want them talking about you?" He asked.

"Nicely?" Riley asked.

"How long do we have before history makes its decision about us?"

"What if they're writing it down now?" Farkle asked.

"Doesn't matter. Chapter one: Introduction. Please read."

"He just showed us history books can be wrong. You can change history." Lollie said.

"I don't get it." Riley said.

"How can she not know?" Noah asked.

"Look at the bird!" Maya said.

Riley instantly turned around.

"She doesn't know because she has us." Maya said.

"The Riley Committee." Farkle said, "The committee exists to keep certain information away from Riley."
