Lollie and Noah sat at the dining table as they lazily eat breakfast.

Mariah smiled at the two, "Aren't you excited?"

The two youngest looked at each other, "No."

Mariah scoffed.

"You should be! We're going to school together!"

"You're a senior and were freshmen." Lollie said.

"So? We'll still see each other in the halls!"

"It's seeing you at home enough?" Noah asked.

The two didn't know why Mariah was so excited, but she was and it was visibly showing.

Finn smiled at the kids, "Everyone should be excited. It's a new school year and a new school."

"Yet I still feel the same as I did when I was at middle school." Noah said.

"Okay, fess up. Why are you two so down?" Bailey asked.

"It's high school. You know how difficult life just got?" Lollie asked.

The two adults rolled their eyes, "No."

"Look we are going to be late. Come on."

Noah and Lollie rolled their eyes and grabbed their book bags and headed out the door.

The friend group all walked to the new school together as Mariah led them there.

Mariah walked into the building first and went to find her friends.

Riley and Maya busted through the front door.

"This is it!" Riley shouted.

"High school!" Maya said.

"We're gonna own this place!"

The two walked way ahead of the others not noticing how they almost crushed two other girls in the process.

The group walked upstairs and Farkle started speaking to Smackle.

"You know, I'm glad we're here together, Isadora. It gives me a feeling which I can only describe as-"

"Stuck?" Smackle asked.

"Isadora, Farkle finding the one and only Smackle lets me know the universe has order and our existence is not just random coincidence."

Three other girls had walked by Farkle, "Hello, random coincidence ladies!"
