Next Day. . .
Adam's POV:
Today was Friday. I couldn't stop smiling when I asked Tommy out. All I needed to do now...was to break up with Sauli, so I was waiting for him at his locker.
"Hi Addy." Said Sauli as he came over and kissed me. I didn't kiss back. He pulled back and I cleared my throat.
"You did the essay?" I asked.
"I had no time." Said Sauli. I nodded. Something told me it had to do with Tommy.
"Anyway, I...um...Sauli," I started. "I...I want us to be over." Sauli's eyes widened.
"Why?" Asked Sauli. "We're such a great couple! You can't give us up!"
"I...I don't have feelings for you anymore." I said. "Understand it." Sauli glared at me.
"Its because of Thomas Ratliff, right?!" Asked Sauli. "That bitchy freak is stealing you from me right?! I'm going to go teach him another fucking lesson!" He left and I went to the bathrooms to fix my hair and makeup. Once I entered, I heard sniffing.
"What the..." I started, but gasped when I saw Tommy. He was bruised and bloody. "Tommy?"
"Adam?" Said Tommy. I put my backpack down and hugged him, Tommy hugging back as he cried into my shoulder, his body shaking. I rubbed his back as he cried. I pulled back and stroked his cheek.
"What happened?" I asked.
"S-Sauli hit me." He said in between sniffs. I kissed Tommy's forehead and grabbed my backpack. Tommy went to the wall and sat down on the floor, his back pressed to the wall. I got some paper towels from my backpack and wet them with cold water. I looked at Tommy.
"Come here baby." I said. Tommy stood up and came over to me. I smiled and gently cleaned his wounds. "All done."
"Th-Thank you." He said in a low voice. I smiled and wrapped an arm around his waist, pulling him closer to me. Tommy smiled and I grabbed our backpacks.
"Let's go to class, okay?" I asked.
"Mhm." Said Tommy and we started walking to math class.
"Did you do the math sheet?" I asked.
"Yeah." Said Tommy. "Now I didn't had to do anybody's homework." I smiled and kissed his cheek. Tommy smiled and kissed my cheek. I smiled and we entered the class.
"What about the informational text essay?" I asked. Tommy nodded.
"Also did it." He said. We went to sit down at our seats. Tommy and I always sat together in first period.
"Adam?" Said Monte. I looked up and saw the football team giving me shocked looks.
"What?" I asked.
"You're next to Mr Disease." Said Jenny, one of the cheerleaders. I rolled my eyes and saw Tommy resting his head on his arms as he slept. I tried to wake him up, but it wouldn't work. The teacher came in and told us to take out the homework. Oh fuck.
"Tommy wake up." I said. "Tommy!"
Tommy's POV:
"I love you Addy." I whispered as I looked up at Adam in the pouring rain. His hands were in my waist curves.
"I love you even more, my Tommy." He whispered. My hands were on his shoulder as rain slipped down our faces. I smiled as Adam connected our lips in the rain. "Tommy wake up." I looked up at Adam.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Wake up! Quickly! The teacher---"
"OW!" I yelp as I opened my eyes and rubbed my arm. I felt someone pinch me. Tears slid down my cheeks due to the pain.
"Mr Ratliff, like always." Said Mr Tolbar as the class laughed. Adam rubbed my arm and the teacher looked at him. "Points off for you, Mr Lambert."
"What, why?!" Asked Adam.
"Detention after school." Said Mr Tolbar.
"Fine with me." Adam said and the teacher started the class.
