Fall Away

Three Days Later. . .

Tommy's POV:

Days had passed and my cancer status has gotten worst day by day. I get constant headaches that hurt really badly. The food I eat I would throw it up and sometimes I got really bad headaches. Plus, I fainted twice yesterday. The doctors were forcing me to eat and I didn't wanted to. One of them seem to want to hit me.

"I DON'T WANT TO!" I yelled and the doctors gave up. They left and the door closed. The door opened again. I groaned. "WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU WANT?!"

"Hey, I just wanted to see how you were doing." Said a soft voice. I looked up. Adam was standing there as he hid behind the door. I sighed.

"Sorry babe." I mumbled.

"Its okay." He said. "So...can I enter?"

"Of course." I said and Adam smiled as he walked into the room and closed the door behind him. He had two McDonald's bags, and a cup holder with two small cups of what I think was soda.

"I brought you breakfast." He said as he pulled a chair for himself and sat down on my right side. I smiled as I pulled out the small table/tray thing I had on the side.

"Aww thank you." I said as he handed me one of the bags pup a soda cup. I smiled as I started eating the breakfast bagel that came in the bag. Adam ate with me from the other bag. "Thank you so much Addy." Adam smiled as he shook his head.

"Baby I'm your boyfriend." He said and I smiled. "I'm here to support you through this."

"You're the best thing that has happened to me in my entire life, you know that?" I asked, my voice a whisper. Adam smiled. We finished eating and we just talked about what has happened. Adam said the teachers had given him the two weeks off of school because of my current state.

"So I can spend time with you." He said.

"That's great." I said. Adam smiled and rubbed soothing circles on the top of my hand. I smiled. "I like it when you do that."

"You do?" He asked.

"Yeah." I said. The door opened and I smiled. Kellie and my Mom entered the room. I smiled. Mom was crying. "Mom."

"Tommy." She said as she put her bag down and came up to me. She hugged me tightly and I hugged her back. Adam wasn't here. Where did he go? "Where's Adam?"

"He's outside." Said Kellie. "He wanted to give you some family time."

"Oh." I said. "B-But I...But I wanted him to be here. He...he's part of the family."

"I know, but he wanted to give you private time." Said Kellie. I nodded and looked at my Mom. "What happened?"

"The doctors told us you can be released this Saturday." Said Kellie.

"What, how?" I asked.

"Adam convinced them so he can be with you this week." She said and I smiled. I yawned.

"Tired?" Mom asked and I nodded. "We'll leave you to take some rest."

"Okay." I said in a whisper and closed my eyes as I heard the door open and close.
