33: Lucy

Lucy tries to call "James" again. She doesn't even know if this person is "James" like "he" claimed "he" was. Lucy doesn't know what to believe. She wants to think that the person who had last texted her from "his" phone was "James" playing a terrible joke on her.

Lucy doesn't even know what to believe anymore. Is "James" actually his name? Or worst, is "James" even a male like he claimed to be. Is "he" even 22 years old? Or was that all a lie to make sure Lucy wouldn't block "his" number? Was everything "he" told Lucy a ploy to hurt Lucy?

Sure, Lucy is aware that she is not the brightest tool in the shed, but would someone actually take the time to sit down and create so many pointless lies to trick someone they do not even know? Lucy was not worth anyone's time, she doesn't understand why someone would do something like that to her.

Lucy still continues to dial "James'" number in hopes of attempting to figure out what exactly is going on and what she has gotten herself involved in.

this is short.

i feel like this story is flopping even more than it previously has.

thank you for reading, i hope you enjoyed this even though i don't know what i was writing half the time.

also, correct any typos i have especially for the point of view if there's any. i can never successfully write in third person without switching back and forth between first and third pov.
