I would like to give credit to: http://www.macworld.co.uk/how-to/iphone/how-to-call-someone-who-has-blocked-your-number-on-their-iphone-3516908/ who has helped me with writing this part of the story. Thank you guys! Who knew I would learn something useful while writing this story. It only felt write to give credit.

Lucy wants answers. And she wants them now. In a flash.

She unlocks her phone after what feels like hours of staring at it. No matter how many times she attempted to call or text "James" in hopes that maybe he would have unblocked her, she had no luck. She opens up the Safari app and opens a new tab. She types in "how to call someone who blocked your number" and comes across a website teaching how. She scrolls down to the section she needs and skims through it finding the steps she needs to take.

Lucy exits the Safari app and goes to the Settings app. She scrolls down to Phone and finds "Show My Caller ID" sliding the toggle to the off preference.

Once she completes the steps, she begins to mentally repeat to herself that she hopes it will work and he will answer an unknown number. She has no idea what she will do when—no, if—he answers. Lucy has no idea what she will say if she gets the chance to.

Lucy hopes that she will get to hear his voice.

Lucy hopes that he really will be "James." The one that she had the chance to message.

Lucy hopes "James" is who he said he is. Not some creep who has bad intentions.

Lucy also hoped to have a friend and one day she received one. He wasn't just a friend; he was an amazing friend even though he irritated her half the time. But of course, when she finally received the one thing she truly wanted, it was jerked out of her hands, just like that.

Lucy can only hope that everything will be okay. She doesn't want to have something terrible happen.

PS please don't take advantage of this method. Only use this if you truly must and it is in the case of an emergency. I'm honestly not even sure if this really works. The comments said it did. I guess I gotta test it out with a friend or someone soon.
