Hayden's house:
Annie's POV:
I just arrived at Hayden's house to tell him my choice. I knocked on the door and waited un till he opened the door he said "hey Annie, come in" I said "thanks Hayden" I walked inside and we sat on the couch he said "I'm not trying to rush you to tell me but can you hurry up" I said "I think I'm ready to tell you" he said "thank god!" I said "but the answer has been changed" he said "okay?" I said "I talked with Brennan, Kenzie, Jayden and Katie and they gave there thoughts, after they telling me there thoughts I was torn between who I was going to choose but after thinking long and hard about it It was clear that I chose you and I knew that was the right answer but I got the call from mum saying Carson is getting worse. After being told my mind was confused, knowing that Carson was in trouble made me worry but not like the way a friend worry's more than that" Hayden said "Annie, I understand what you are saying of course I want you to pick me but you need to think about what is right for you" I knew in my head I had my choice I just didn't feel like it was the right one "Hayden, you where the one who put a smile on my face that no one had for a long time after Caleb died and I could never thank you enough" Hayden looked worried "Hayden, why do you looked so worried?" He said "I'm worried I'm going to lose the reason I smile everyday, I'm worried I'm going to lose the person I love" I could see a tear rolling down Hayden's cheek I pulled him into a hug and whisper in his ear "I chose you, I always have and always will" he wipes his tears away and says "what about Carson?" I say in a confused tone "I really don't know, I think I need to wait to tell him until he gets better" Hayden said "I also think I need to go and talk to him"
Hospital
Carson's POV:
The doctors won't tell me but I know I am getting worse, as I start to fall asleep I hear the door open slowly I roll over to see Annie and Hayden I roll back over Annie says "Carson, how are you feeling?" I mumbled "okay" Hayden walks over to the side of the bed and he says "Carson, I am incredibly sorry, I know I can never repair the damage I have done to you and our friendship but I want to try" I say "thanks for the apology, but it's going to take a little more than that, I miss our friendship and I want to try and repair it as well but it will take time"
Hayden's POV:
I tell Carson" I am so happy you want to try and I know I have to do much more that just this and I know it will take time but I promise I will tr-" I stop as I hear someone walk through I turn around to see.......
