Sorry this is not an update, but I needed to do this because it is important.
As many of you may know, Chester Bennington, lead singer of Linkin Park, passed away by suicide. For me Linkin Park was the first step into the music world. The first song I ever heard in my life, once I was finally allowed to listen to music, was "What I've Done" and I've loved them, loved him ever since.
Chester was phenomenal, an amazing artist and an equally, if not more, amazing person. Their songs were always from the heart, always had to do with what was happening in their lives and they were beautiful.
But as successful as he was, sometimes it is hard to escape the darkness of our minds, and unfortunately Chester was unable to.
This is for anyone out there who has ever thought or attempted or even considered the notion of suicide. Please reach out and ask for help. There is nothing wrong with that because you mean so much more, your life means so much more, and there are people out there that love you for who you are.
If you ever need to talk you can always message me, but because I am a stranger it is hard. But that doesn't mean you back off, no you need to speak up. Don't hide in your mind too long because believe me, it isn't all good and light up there. If it wasn't for my best friend, I may not be here or so happy.
So please, keep Chester and his family and friends in your mind. Pray for them.
Know that you are an amazing person. Beautiful and kind. There is not another one person like you on this Earth, you are so much more and so unique. Love yourself and love others and always be kind.
