Chapter 9

Note: I'm sorry I have been dead for like two months but I was forced into summer school and I need to not be lazy and get my shit together. I may update soon but I am not sure...

Random 1st person:

Barely arriving to Ninjago, I already. see multiple screens shaking about the same exact person. Hidden. He's getting more popular than I expected. It's been a while since I last seen my old friend. It's been so many years since I seen him, with my luck he's probably still in my home town.

Hidden's team: escaped duo, extremely deadly; Serpentine general, dangerous; Overlord; highly dangerous. All wanted, dead or alive.

Geez, what Hidden order his team to do that made these people get their panties in a twist? He and I definitely need to have a chat. He may be pleased to see an old face again, or attack me. I won't blame him, since I am an asshole to him, but we like siblings.

Yawning, I decided to check into a hotel for a night. I had a long travel, sleep should be the first before visiting.

Lloyd's POV:
I couldn't sleep, though my mom was snoozing away in my bed. She seemed in peace, so I could care less about how we are sharing the same bed. It's been a few weeks since those stupid time twins attacked Ninjago.

Uncle... please.... I shake my head. I need to calm down, I can't be a mess in front of my team or my mother. I glanced at my clock, reading the time: 1:47 AM.

I yawned and reached under my pillow, pulling out my Dad's journal. It'd been a while since I read it, and I did try to read those other books he gave me. But they seemed a bit difficult to read due to the handwriting of the author. So messy.

Flipping to another random, I begin reading more of the drafts my father wrote. He apparently wrote every couple of days, and as time went on, he write a summary of what was happening to him.

I miss Omega, he just disappeared out of nowhere. I was going to visit him a last time before I leave to learn under Chen. Omega knew already about my plan, I told him. He normally is in his little cave area, but he wasn't there. I, of course, panicked and started looking for him. Spending almost an hour looking I found a note, in his handwriting.

A note was clipped to paper beside the draft.
I'll read after this draft: Lloyd mumbled to himself.

I can't believe he left and to go to his father. Pisses me off but I can't help him now. Hopefully we do meet again, when he's all breathing though. I need to pack up for my trip to Chen's now.
I guess the guy either lied about going to his father or something stupid like that. Omega did called dad a brother to him. On to some more.

It's a been a month since I have arrived to Chen's, and learned under him. He doesn't have alot of students here. But it's kinda nice here, and his food is pretty good.
A fellow student invited me to join him to a "get together". Basically a insane, party full of incompetent idiots that I was dragged into. While Ryuji goes try taking care of the drunkards, a random person come up to me. She explained her reason.

She was looking for a partner. Not a romantic one. A helper, she said. My friend seems like a decent person so I said yes.
Skipping a few weeks, I gotten to know her a bit better. She mains in making potions, and plans to become a healer. A doctor in other words. I tested a couple of her potions in my free time, but one of them I could remember a single thing that happened. I didn't knew that I fall asleep.
She hasn't told what happened, but she only hinted that I did change my personality. But because of that failed experiment I wasn't allowed to test some experiments without having someone in here. She did questioned me and my life, getting some information out of me.
