Secrets Within

Chapter 8

I guess this is like Chapter just after season 7. Maybe contains spoiler. Maybe?

It's been two weeks since I visited Krux with Moby and Deo. Of course my prediction was right, he and his brother lost. But they took Wu along with them, bow all three of them were going to be lost in time for god knows how long. The ninjas didn't take the lost very well, not the green one. You rarely see him. Enough about them.

I have been continuing to train Deo and Moby for the two weeks. Moby has improved alot, and so has Deo. He is able to control his ability to can size with ease. Deo's movements can be more stealthy, and quicker but he's improving. He really wants to know how to defend better, and how to fight with shurikens. He seems really into them.

Moby is really interested into learning how fight with double blades. The blades would hidden within plain sight, as well retractable.

After these weeks, I accidentally found out a bit more about Moby. Moby is a female but preferred being called they or them. However she actually grew to not care about pronouns and even told everyone in the team about herself. But more on her progress.

Moby is pretty quick and stealthy, though her powers difficult to handle even though she was basically born with them. She can control only a couple of the several powers of the serpentine within her. At first she could only control being invisible, but after Pythor started helping her she was able to learn how hypnotize others, like a Hypnobrai and to control her venom shots, Venomari.
She still couldn't squeeze or dig like a Constrictai or infect others like a Fangpyre.

But I have faith in her and Deo, both are able to fight stronger than they have before. They aren't the only ones to show improvement. Pythor is able to control the power of transforming between human to a serpentine, mostly because of a bracelet I gave him. He's extremely helpful with planning and information collecting. Pythor can seek around ninjago and gather news for us.

The Overlord has been practicing his magic, as well training. He's kinda not use to have long hair, and his old armor was lost, so he has to wear a hoodie. But he's adjusting to this realm. Overlord's magic and abilities have got stronger over the weeks, though he keeps to himself like Pythor.

I snapped out of my thoughts, feeling a tug on my sleeve. I glanced over to see Deo, wearing a hoodie that fit loosely on him.
"Overlord is asking for everyone to go meet up. He thinks he could break the portal Pythor was talking about earlier this week." He spoke.

"Understood. I'm assuming you will be in there too." I began. Deo closely followed behind me.

*small time skip*

Reaching the pond, I could see Moby, Pythor, and Overlord standing around in the room. Pythor, in his serpentine form, braiding Moby's hair into two braids. While Overlord stood over the floor, behind the duo.

"I see you made it. We should have as many people we need here before I open the portal." Overlord greeted both I and Deo.

Pythor and Moby got up and stood near the other side of the room while I walked to Overlord. Handing my staff to him, the Overlord faced the wall in front of us.

Holding the staff vertically with both hands, Overlord pushed his palms forwards. A bright, blinding light started to form. Within seconds some colors began to appear around the white middle. With a loud snap, three figures emerged from the portal. All three fell to the ground, while the Overlord backed up.

"Light-headed?"

"Yea..." Overlord rested his hand over his head.

Two of the figures wore the similar outfit while one of them wore a white and black kimono.
