Chapter 14

Wu (third pov):

Waking up slowly, Wu forced his tired body to sit up. His body feeling as heavy as stone. Rubbing his eyes, he noticed his beard was missing. And his wrinkles as well. Slightly panicked, he checked his body but there wasn't anything new.

Everything was normal except his age, maybe it was all a dream. But he wasn't in his original room in the temple.

Where am I.... I don't remember anything... Wu thought to himself. How am I here? I thought I was stuck in the time vortex with the twins-
Memories flooded his mind. The Overlord revived the portal, and one of the twins were choking him until Hidden stepped in. He and his team saved him. And didn't harm him in any way. Clutching his head, the second son of the first master tried remembering anything else. Like their plans. His students. Misako.

He almost forgotten them, but knowing them they are either waiting for his return or are work their hardest to protect Ninjago. They were his family. He must return to them.
Getting up immediately, the blonde's legs gave out underneath him. He felt to the floor, only to hear the room door open. Revealing a person wearing pastel orange apron, dark brown curly hair. Rushing to Wu's side to help him up.

"You shouldn't walk yet, you just woke up." He lectured the blonde master. Helping him to the bed where he laying in for who knows how long. "But how are you feeling?"

"... normal..." Wu looked around at his body again. Nothing different still.

"You seemed to recover on time, but I should probably let you rest a little more. Do you want something to eat, drink or something to read?" The medic started to babbled, trying to be helpful.

"Tea would be lovely and a newspaper." He answered. "But may I ask some questions?"

"Of course, like where you are? Or even how you got into my clinic?" The doctor spoke. Taking the exact words from the blonde's mouth, who nodded.

"Well you are in Hyeon-Ju, a country island much like Ninjago, where you are from. And you were brought by Overlord under Hidden's order. Or General Aeron." The medic started to babbled again. "We are mostly know for our worthy pearls among our waters, they cost quite a lot. I'll start making that tea you asked for."

As the male medic left the room, Wu started to think about what the medic was speaking about. A country island? I never heard of this. It took a few minutes before the male returned with a cup in his hands and a rolled up paper under his armpit. Handing the cup to the blonde before putting on the table next to him.

"I haven't even mentioned my name, have I?" the male asked Wu, pointing at himself. Wu shook his head. "You can call me Ciaran, or just Cia."

Wu nodded in understanding Ciaran's statement, sipping the tea he was given. It was good tea, not his favorite but it's better than no tea at all. He put his tea down before picking up the newspaper. Ciaran left Wu's side, reminding Wu that if he needed something to ask him. As Wu looked at the title, he feared for the worst. Well, wouldn't you if you saw "WAR MAY BE AMONG OUR LEADERS" for the title. As he started reading he learned about what the writer's worries. To his understanding island's leaders or even armies will fight on a island decided or an area on a huge island. Magic, weapons, technology practically anything a soldier holds can be a weapon for war. Interesting. Wu thought to himself, hearing Ciaran wake someone up.

"Hey, come wake up you doppelganger." the medic spoke loudly, leaving Wu to hearing someone being dropped onto the floor.

"Ow...."

"Come on, you are part of your group so wake them up. I have a more important patient to take care of." Ciaran left the other patient returning to Wu's bed. "I would advise not to leave since these five are just trouble for you. But you may be able to handle them."
"Five? Who-"
"Hey if it isn't old Wu, still breathing even if he is over hundreds of years old?" A familiar voice spoke. An old voice he hasn't heard for a long, long while. Bizzaro Jay. If he's here then-
"Jay, shut the fuck up!" Kai's voice yelled. "Zane, Cole and a that lady are napping right now."
Jay, or his bizzaro clone, pulled the curtains away of where Wu was resting. Smirking. Wu sighed, avoiding eye contact with the thing that reminded him of his student. Only to see bizzaro Kai come up behind Jay, grabbing him by the back of his collar. Pulling him away, looking at Ciaran.
"Sorry.... If he's being stupid-"
"1v1 me, bitch!!!" Jay elbowed Kai's face, making the red ninja released the blue ninja.
Before Jay and Kai could try to fight each other, a pair of tentacles come from above, grabbing the two. Separating them.
"Really?"
"Thank you, Pree." Ciaran thanked the thin, pale girl. Her dark curly hair with streaks of green in her hair, lime to emerald. Who nodded. Putting the two ninjas down in their beds.
"Maybe you two can be friends, right Pree?" Ciaran looked at the pale woman, who was shaking her head no.
"Pree?" Wu asked, confused on the name chosen.
"She the Preeminent-Hey!" Ciaran jumped feeling the pale woman pulling on his arm. Trying to make the male to stay silent while saying nothing.
Wu looked at the woman again. She does somewhat remind me of the Preeminent, but why isn't she attacking me? Wu started thinking over his questions, not noticing the other visitor in the room. Standing by his side.

"Hidden made us swore not to attack unless it's an order." The male's voice peeked into Wu's head. Making the blonde jump in his seat. Looking behind him, he saw a face he thought he never see again. Morro, it had to be. I mean who else had a green streak in his hair.

"Long time no see, sensei...." Morro gleamed at Wu. And glared at Preeminent.

"Also Captain Soto is alive as his men. Just a little bit of more info of this place." Zane's clone spoke.

"Basically reviving all of the villains of Ninjago?" Wu asked his first student, now alive and breathing. "But..."

Wu remembered seeing Hidden revive the stone soldiers after killing them. Saving him and Dr- Krux. I still can't believe we fell from his disguise. Thankfully we saved Ninjago. And the museum is now under safer hands of Darkely. My students...

"Ciaran, you said Ninjago was another island like Hyeon-Ju, correct?" Wu asked the male medic, who was fixing Pree's hair. Putting it up in a side pony tail. Surprising curly from a ghost queen that drowned.

"Yes, and I'm guessing you want to go back to your students."

"Those brats are his-Ow! MOBY!" Jay spoke only to be hit with an arm of the hybrid. With her brother not by her side. Which was rare. Very rare.

"Where's your brother, Moby?" Morro asked as he was given a scroll.

"He, Pythor are out, so is Overlord and the twins. To get some armies. Hidden is speaking to the other recruits." Moby spoke, looking at Wu.
"Hidden has told Moby to stay with him, the rest of you have to do some missions."
"Understood." Morro left with Preeminent following behind him as they left the room.

"A mission for us? Didn't we just awoken-"
"We are able to work, what is the mission for us?" Zane's clone spoke again.
"Moby does not want to call you the ninja's names, so Hidden picked new names." The lilac hair held up more paper.
"Kai is Kane, Zane is Zen, Jay is Jamison, and Cole is Colt ."
"The new names are to tell us apart from the ninjas. But we do have red eyes with black bags until them."
Moby nodded, handing a scroll to Zen, before turning to Ciaran. The hybrid smiled at them as Ciaran started to pet Moby. Like a pet.

"I'm assuming you're my helper for today. But you should keep an eye on these four, well on Kane and Jamison at least." Ciaran stopped petting Moby, turning his attention on the four dark ninjas. Knowing how they would be acting like wild teens. Zen was still mature and Colt was just silent, drawing away in a notepad he has right now.

"Fuck you-"
"I'm married so no, besides my lover is more better than you." Ciaran laughed, roasting Jay for his comment.

"After Hidden is done helping the others, he would like to talk to you, Sir Wu." Moby turned to Wu, facing him into his eyes. More his soul.

"Why?" Wu asked, confused of why the villain or one of the generals of this place would want to speak to him.

"Moby belives that it involves you and the blonde one, Moby thinks at least."

Me? Wait, he has Lloyd?!
