Cannons - Author of 'How to be a Girl'

Today I interviewed the famous Cannons who is the author of 'How to be a Girl!' along with many other incredible books such as Foundations, Wild Cards and Christmas Definitions!

If you haven't checked out her works yet, go and read them, I guarantee you'll love them!

How to be a Girl:

Jordan Lee is as boyish as her name implies. She's always been just "one of the guys." Up until now, she's enjoyed being a tomboy, but when she finally confesses to a friend that she likes him in a more-than-friends way, Jordan realizes that being a bro sometimes...sucks. Everything Jordan says seriously is taken for a complete joke, and Matt Hendrickson doesn't believe her for a second. And so, Jordan enlists the help of her best friends: Cameron Summers, a Ladies' Man, and his model sister, Grace. They're going to teach her how to be what she isn't--how to be a girl.

Foundations:

There are boyfriends and girlfriends, and there are ex-boyfriends and ex-girlfriends, and then there's Rebecca and Beckett.

Can we please all welcome, Cannons!:

Olivia: If you could be any character in your book, who would you be? :)

Cannons:I think I'd love to be Eliza, from "Wild Cards." Although I don't aspire to be as daring and bold as she is, I love how she's a free spirit.

Olivia: Nice :) You have many amazing books, which one out of them is your favourite?

Cannons: Right now I'd have to say Foundations! So far it's a blast to write, and I already love the characters. Christmas Definitions, however, is currently the work I'm most proud of.

Olivia: I've read the first chapter of Foundations and I have to say: It's amazing! What was the last book you read on Wattpad? :)

Cannons: Thanks! :)

I think the last completed story I read was Twelve Ways to Spend One's Christmas Eve by @defend, but the last thing I read on Wattpad was the most recent update of Where the Hurricane Meets the Blizzard by my good friend @caseyxo.

Olivia: Cool! When did you start writing the book ‘How to be a Girl’? :)

Cannons: I started it the summer before my sophomore year of high school, so roughly around a 1 and 2/3 years ago.  

Olivia: Out of every story you have read on Wattpad, which book has the best main male character?  

Cannons: Noah from Christmas Definitions, definitely! I love how sweet and honest he is. He's probably the most fetch out of all of the male characters I've created, haha
