Well, it kind of depends, I guess.
I've never worn contacts, obviously, but from what I've heard, they sound like a pain. But, glasses do, too.
I would say maybe both, because I feel like contacts would get uncomfortable at some point, and in some circumstances I wouldn't be able to wear glasses.
