Marisol wrapped her shawl around herself and closed her eyes to hold back her wolf.
She had to step back from her mate Cord and take a breather since he was beyond belief, deeply hurting her and pissing she and her wolf off. The pack was having a meeting, having brought another pack's warriors in to help protect them.
It didn't help as her own mate was standing between the visitors and the pack bitches, well really they were sluts. It was making her mate look like he was protecting his harem from finding their true mates. The stupid bitches were filling the room with their lust for her mate and it was driving she and her wolf up the wall.
She stepped off the patio and headed around the pack house to the front where her car was parked. Her wolf was growling in her head, yelling at her to go back.
Marisol growled back and said I can't. I just can't for the life of me go back in that room. I won't let you shift and attack them. She took the first strike of pain as her wolf used her claws on her insides as if she was trying to tear herself out.
Marisol didn't flinch as she wrapped the shawl tight around herself as if it will keep her wolf inside. She used her own ability to shut her wolf down when it got too painful and put her to sleep.
She opened her car door and got in, turned on the engine and drove away, uncaring she was being watched. She drove to their home, she and her mate moved into as their haven and she packed a few bags of all her prized possessions.
Looking around after changing, she sighed and grabbed her things and headed back to her car, leaving her disassembled phone behind. She drove off the pack lands, and kept going until she had to fill her tank once the gauge was at a quarter of a tank.
She ended up days later at the Council building and headed down to the infirmary. After being injected and knocked out, the doctors gave her a full exam, noted the bruises on the stomach and called down Head Councilman Jed.
Jed sniffed the room first, taking in her scent. He grunted as she didn't even scent as a she-wolf. He stopped to read her chart, saw her name then grunted.
He sat down beside her bed and quickly bit her wrist to read her. What he saw in her memories made him growl in deep anger. He could only see what she did, his eyes seeing a betraying mate with no understanding on how badly he was hurting his true mate by his disgusting and unworthy actions.
Jed used the mate bond and slipped into her mate's mind. Jed growled loudly, and quickly yelled what the hell are you doing? You keeping yourself locked up with those sluts. Do you know how much damage you are doing to your mate, her scenting their lust for you already? You taking them to your own home where only you and your mate are supposed to live is going to go over well, huh?
Jed growled again and said You promised that home would be your sanctuary and I see them even wearing your mate's clothes. You are allowing them to try to seduce you with her scent all over them.
Jed pulled out of Cord's mind leaving an order with Cord's wolf to stop his human and ordered his helicopter be readied as he was taking a trip there to honestly see and smell the proof for himself.

Hours later Head Councilman Jed and his Council Warriors slipped inside the home, all taking in the mess and taking in the scents. He growled the house down, which made the females whimper in fright.
He ordered his Council Warriors to strip them all naked, removing Marisol's clothing before Jed tore through each of their minds to read them. He learned how many times and ways Cord betrayed his mate. He read their wolves before judging them and sentenced their punishment to the removal of their link to their wolves and put their wolves to sleep immediately.
