Glenna could not believe the totally bad vibes coming off the pack's Luna where she stopped needing help from a pack.
She had contacted the Council Rep who directed her there on the pack lands of the Red Claw Warrior Pack. She pulled up to the pack house being led by the pack Warrior from the front gate.
She knew the pack leaders were alerted, but walking into the pack house was a freaking nightmare. For Glenna who was raised by her aged adopted parents away from the pack house, and then moved into her pack's house at 16 was a whole other world compared to where she was now.
She wanted to snarl back at the slut who came down the large stairway. The scents were so wrong and sounds were loud and in your face. The scents first of all told a visitor that the place wasn't being kept up. The sounds were off as well.
The Head Warrior took her attention away from the angry slut of a Luna, who truly reeked. Warrior Roland took her arm and led her down to the pack's infirmary without stopping to introduce the snarling bitch.
In the infirmary, she looked around until the Doctor exited an exam room to face her. Glenna smiled and offered her hand then said Doctor Owen, I'm Glenna and need your assistance.
He shook her hand as he watched her face closely and she said I've been in touch with Council Rep Peter who directed me here. He took her into a room and closed the door for privacy.
She dropped the block on her scent and it made him take a step back. She said I need a shot for the antidote seeing as I was recently poisoned by wolfsbane.
He nodded and left the room to go grab his supplies needed. Glenna pulled her scent all back in, drew all of it back before she totally blocked her scent again. She used the washroom and finished by washing her hands, then took a seat on the exam table.
When he came back in, he wasn't alone. With him was the pack's Beta Stuart. Glenna shook his hand and said I appreciate this so much Beta Stuart. He shook her hand and asked how she came to being poisoned?
Glenna sighed and said I just arrived back from overseas and on my way back home, I stopped because my wolf wanted out. I came across a group and barely got away but they did shoot at me. One bullet grazed my arm and it was soon known to me that it was tainted with wolfsbane.
I called Council and reported the incident as I had stopped there after my flight landed. They are going to be dealing with the group who confronted me.
He growled and asked where it happened? She said three days ago, as she pulled out her phone. She showed him the picture she had taken and said seems that the Council had thought that group had been caught and dealt with by a pack.
She added I evaded them and the Council Warriors are dealing with them now, but I needed to stop for the antidote. My wolf is pissed as you can only imagine.
Dr Owen injected her with the antidote and another he said was a booster shot for her wolf. She smiled and said thank you Doctor, it's been a hell of a few days.
Beta Stuart grunted and said it's not safe to be travelling on your own these days. Glenna smiled and said oh, I wasn't travelling alone. The others I am with just stopped for a break in another town off the territory. I came here on my own seeing as they are in need of a break.
He stiffened and asked others? She said yes Beta Stuart, they are a group of pack members from overseas who wanted to see the Country. We decided I come here alone as they didn't want the pack here to be too alarmed. They weren't hurt and didn't need the Doctor's services.
