Chelsea, when she was only 16, she was found and was rejected by her true mate Talon.
He was 17 and training on weekends with his father when they arrived at her pack lands. She being the Alpha's youngest daughter was in the office where she ended up being introduced to him.
Talon waited until he caught her alone after the introductions, then he verbalized he and his wolf's rejection of them as their true mate. She caught the grin on his hateful and determined face and it made she and her wolf so angry that she accepted the rejection.
He pissed her wolf off, so Chelsea let her wolf use her voice and she rejected his wolf too, then she walked away after he fell to his knees taking a swift well placed hard kick to the groin first.

Two years later, Chelsea had finished high school with top honors and took the scholarship she received and said her goodbyes to everyone at home and said she was headed off to University.
But she did not take the one offered in the States, she headed overseas. She landed in Japan and broadened her horizons when she stopped at the largest pack lands and was warmly welcomed. She switched Universities with ease, with the help of the current Alpha who welcomed her into his own pack house.
She stayed with the Alpha's family, trained with their Warriors, trained with his mate too at which was a vast difference from back home.
With her picking up languages and fluently speaking them quickly, she in turn taught them what she could about the packs in America. After two years, Chelsea graduated her University courses and planned her next cultural exchange.
She had met the European Head of Council on his trip to Japan and was invited to visit England. So at the end of her schooling, she said her goodbyes. Deep bows of respect were given to the Alpha and his mate the Luna before she took her leave from Japan.
When she landed in England, she surprisingly was picked up at the airport by Head Councilman Benedict and his Head Warrior Tanner. She later learned that the Japanese Alpha called to inform Head Councilman Benedict that she was headed to England.
In Japan, she met a whole variety of Alphas who wanted to visit the area too. Head Councilman Benedict was fluent in Japanese, so on her arrival in England, she spoke to him in Japanese, bowed low and chuckled.
Head Warrior Tanner grunted a lot seeing as he knew very little Japanese so it was the perfect language to use to talk to the Head of Council while Tanner was with them. Tanner understood a few words, and constantly gave them snarls as they switched back and forth confusing him.
It was for privacy as few knew Japanese. She was settled into the Council building on Benedict's demand. Benedict took it upon himself to introduce her to the English Council. She stood and bowed deep and said hello as she was witnessing Council overseeing pack problems their Alphas were bringing to them.
She was the one wearing a large scarf she used to cover her head and face. Just to help being unnoticed. Once the first Alpha stormed in to state his case, Benedict stopped him before he left the stage and went to Chelsea. He bit her wrist, injected his blood and venom, and used his blood to forge a blood bond so he could mind link her.
As he finished, the irate Alpha nearly blew a fuse as he was interrupted. Chelsea bowed low and apologized in Japanese as Benedict walked back to the Council table chuckling.
The Alpha named Liam froze. Benedict cleared his throat and said now go on Liam. I needed a link with our esteemed guest from Japan so she can understand what's happening.
