"Girls, we need to go to the cinema tonight." Priscilla said thru our group calls.

"That's a good idea P." Leona response with a yelp.

"What about you Alice?" Johanna asked.

"Do I have any other options?" I asked and they all squealed.

"Oh my god and I'm bringing my boyfriend tonight!" P said and the rest said 'me too' apart from me.

"Who are you bringing Alster?" Leona asked.

"Myself, I'm bringing myself. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to get ready. Ciao for now girls!" I hang up and sigh. Another Friday night means Cinema night. It has been a habit for the four of us, we always go to the cinema every Friday night, sometimes we watch movie but mainly we just chill on the cinema foyer trying to impress boys and I think tonight we will be watching movies seeing that they'll convoying their boys with them.

I put on my black Star Wars shirt, my ripped denim short and my galaxy vans and put it on.

After I got ready, I made sure that I look nice from head to toe. Once that I'm satisfied, I grabbed my phone and my bag and run outside to wait for Johanna to come over and pick me up. My parents are out tonight as it's their 'date night' cheesy I know but hey at least they have time for each other.

I decided to phone my mom to let her know that I'm going out otherwise she'll be livid at me if she find out that I'm not home.

"Hey mom." I said.

"Hello, sweetie."

"I'm going to the-" I didn't get a chance to finish my sentence as I heard her and my dad said "to the cinema with my girls." they said and I let out a chuckle.

"Of course, dearie just be back before twelve you know what will happen to Cinderella when the clock strike twelve." She said and I chuckled.

"Yes fairy godmother, I'll be back before the clock strikes twelve." I told her and she said okay and hang up, pretty much that's how our conversation goes every day.

Beep beep

I heard Johanna's maddening beeps. I bowled my eyes and went inside her car. "What took you so long?" I asked as soon as I got in the car.

"The traffic light took a while around the contrasting block, I didn't know that they put one in." She shrugged and I nodded.

"Yeah, it was the oldies covet." I told her and she nodded. She turned the stereo on and blast a dance kind of song.

"Where's your boyfriend?!" I shouted and she turned down the music a bit.

"Waiting for us in the cinema, Priscilla and Leona are already in there." She explained and I nodded.

"Cool..." I mumbled and soon we reached the cinema.

"Hey ladies and gents." I nodded at them and hugged my girls. Johanna did the same and the three of them introduced their boyfriends to us.

"How about you Alice, where's your guy?" Paul asked.

"Dead." I answered and they chuckled.

"That was a very sensitive topic for Alster so..." Leona whispered and practically just saved my life and the guys nodded.

"So what are we going to watch? Any ideas Johanna? " John asked and Johanna shook her head.

"Anyone up for the Divergent?" Cory asked and we all said 'yes' and get in the queue.

"Do you want anything else?" The guy behind the counter asked Cory as he said he'll indulge all of us-of course all of us accepted the offer, it's not like we always get this every day.

"Girls?" Cory asked looking at us four girls.

"I'll have this malteser. "Priscilla said and put the bag on the counter, the two got theirs and I was left.

"Here." I said putting the bag of skittles on the counter and made eye contact with the guy with a squared geek eyeglasses. He pushed his glasses up and look back at the screen.

" Priscilla, have I left my makeup kit in your place?" Johanna asked and Priscilla said 'no'

"That would be $50 and you're on screen 4." He told Cory and Cory paid for it. I grabbed my skittles and I can feel the guy looking at me. I shrugged it off and smiled at Johanna.

"He wants you." Priscilla whispered and I chuckled.

"Don't be silly." I told her and we both laugh and entered the screen four.

--

" Hey gu-" I stopped as I saw the three pairs sucking each other's mouth and we're in the middle of watching the Divergent and I groaned because I feel left out so I walked out. Pushing the two wooden double door, I received an empty foyer of the cinema. I walked further and look around no one is in here and I let out a huff and a chuckle escaped my mouth.

"Shouldn't you be inside?" I jumped out of my skin when I heard a voice. My head snapped to his direction and put my hand on my chest.

"Jesus Christ." I mumbled and he sent me an apologetic look.

"Sorry, did I scare you?" He asked and I bit my bottom lip.

"No,no, not all, you just made my soul jump out of me." I told him and he chuckled. The guy is wearing a black button up shirt, he has black raven quiff hairstyle, quite taller than me and has perfect jawline.

"Sorry. "He apologise and I smiled.

"No worries."I told him and silence.

"How come that you're out here? "He asked.

"Well, let's say that I had enough watching porn." I sarcastically told him and he chuckled-an angelic chuckle

"Nice...." he mumbled and I chuckled.

"You live around here?" I asked and he nodded.

"Yea, I live five blocks away from here. " and I nodded. "You?"

"I live ten blocks away."I said and he nodded.

"Why are you alone? I mean your friends got boyfriends with them. "He said and I chuckled.

"I broke up with my boyfriend, he was an asshole and he still is an asshole, I caught him cheating on me and then bam we're over." I smiled timidly at him and he put his lips into thin line. "You know I've always thought that having boyfriend is like living a fairy-tale life but I guess, fairy tales only exist in books. " I sigh.

"I'm so annoyed at myself for letting one guy- that one guy that I literally hate right now. I hate him so much." I groaned and I feel pathetic for even saying this to a stranger.

"Jesus Christ, that's so weird. Oh my gosh, I'm sorry. I got to go." I said before he could say anything, I went back inside where my friends are.

"Hey where'd you go?" Johanna asked.

"Restroom." I faked smile at her and sat on my seat and watch the rest of the movie.
