Sapphire woke up the next morning with drool on her left cheek, and a dog in her face, waiting for her to wake up.

"Ew, what the hell, Mom?" Sapphire said in disgust, wiping the drool on Mom's fur.

Mom borked, grabbing Sapphire's comforter with her teeth, and pulling it off the bed.

"Mom! Okay! I'm coming!" She yelled, grabbing the comforter, and throwing back onto her bed. "Gosh, I understand, you wanna be human again."

Then hurry the hell up, and turn her back into one!

"I swear, do you ever help?!" Sapphire shouted, grabbing her phone and pulling up the picture of the spell. "Hold still, Mom, I don't know if you'll end up turning into a frog or anything.

Oh my god.

"Clitorus Phorhibitus!" Sapphire waved her hand around like a wand, "Turn Mom back into human formagus!"

That's not a real spell.

"Shut, up, it's working!" Sapphire shouted, as a ray of light from her window shined onto her mother, who was yelping.

There wasn't a figure for 20 seconds, just a white ray of a light and yelping that was slowly turning into shouting.

"It's working!" Sapphire clapped her hands, jumping up and down. "I'm Nicolas fuckin' Flamagus!"

That's not even his name! Seriously, have you read any of the books?

"Oh, shut up, let me be happy for one moment in this book at least!" Sapphire frowned, watching as the ray of light slowly went away. "Mom!"

Her mother was now shouting, and the dog had vanished. The ray of light evaporated, and her mother stopped shouting.

"Is it gone yet?" Mom sighed, rubbing her back.

Sapphire nodded happily, pulling her mother into a hug. "I missed you! Taking care of a human inside of a dog's body is hard."

"Being a human inside of a dog's body is even worse." Mom stated, pulling out of the hug. "I am so glad to be back as a human."

"I am too!" Sapphire smiled, "Just... don't touch my papers anymore until further notice."

"Gladly." Mom chuckled, walking out of the room.

Wow, what a character.

"Oh shut up, you brag about yourself too much." Sapphire teased.

Not enough, it seems like.

Sapphire laughed, sitting onto her bed. "But, in all seriousness, did you make Alyssa feel the same way?"

What kind of author would I be if I told you that? I say, you go for it. It'll give me something good to write about.

And just at that, Sapphire was out of the door and already down the street to Alyssa's house.

Alyssa, for some odd reason, left her door unlocked and her parents weren't home. Anyone could easily break in, and Alyssa would most likely be sleeping the whole time.

What in tarnation are you doing?

"Going for what I want." Sapphire replied, walking down the street faster.

And what's that?

"Alyssa."
