Suicide

Chapter 4

Dear kiba,

Along with Ino, you were my best friend. I knew you always loved Hinata, it was brutally obvious. Every time I saw you two together I saw how much you loved her, constantly giving her your undivided attention, even though it wasn't returned. I always pitted you when I saw you like that.

You were the first person I called once I found out Naruto cheated on me. Furious, couldn't even describe the emotions you showed while I was on the phone with you. Naruto was once your best friend, until he stole the love of your life and cheated on me. You insisted on me coming over since you didn't want me to be alone, reluctantly I agreed.

~Flashback~
Once I had woken up I pulled out my phone and dialed Kiba's number, he picked up after a few rings. "Haruno? It's 3 in the morning what do you want?" "Naruto cheated on me with Hinata" I could already feel my voice breaking, tears began to gather in my eyes. "What?" He growled "I'm gonna bash that bastards head in!" "Kiba, it's alright"

"Sakura, come over ok? I want you to tell me about it face to face." "Sure kiba, I'll be there soon." I quickly hung up before looking down at my wrists, scars were beginning to form. I threw on a hoodie to hide the cuts and headed to Kiba's.

After walking for a few minutes I made it to Kiba's apartment. I knocked lightly, and then was met with his warm embrace once he opened the door. He led me into the living room, having me sit on the couch. "Sakura, tell me everything" I sighed before explaining everything to Kiba, even the part about my dad abusing me, and my wrist cutting, while pulling up my sleeves.

"Why didn't you tell me before Sakura? You could've stayed with me." He said quietly, pulling me to him. "I'm sorry" I said, voice cracking from screaming to much. Kiba let me cry on his shoulder until I stopped. Once I stoped crying he picked me up bridal style and led me to his bed, gently lying me down, getting in once I was settled under the covers.

Kiba pulled me back into his chest, letting me relax in his hold, rubbing random circles on my back. Whispering sweet nothings into my ear, trying to calm me enough to let me sleep. "I'm here if you ever need me Sakura" Kiba stated, planting a kiss on my forehead before I drifted to sleep.

~End of flashback~

Kiba, you were the only person I ever told everything, I'm glad you listened. If I hadn't had you as a friend I wouldn't have made it as long as I have. But, I just want to tell you something before I end this letter.

If you wake up one day and I'm gone, please don't cry over me. Don't write paragraphs saying how I never knew how much you loved me because ,I already know, you proved that by being there for me in my darkest hours. Please promise me you'll move on and be happy Kiba.

-I could feel a tear roll down my cheek thinking about Kiba, he doesn't deserve what I'm about to do, but it's happening no matter what anyone thinks.-
