Driving to my office only one thought on my mind how did my dad manage to do it. I am sanyukta Raichand daughter of Mr. Arjun Raichand one of biggest businessman in India.
He and his best friend Anirudh Singh Shekhawat started their business 30 years ago and they both have worked day and night to reach the place they are today.
I always wanted to follow my dad's footsteps and one day like him head this company. But the only problem in my way is RANDHIR SINGH SHEKHAWAT.
Randhir the reason of all my problems the person I hated almost my all life. Randhir is Anirudh uncle elder son. When I was small I asked my father that can I someday take his place but he told me for that I will have to work with Randhir because according to our dad's none of us will alone become the chairman,and both us will be the co-chairman like they both have been for the last 30 years .
And according them the day they see that both us can work together just way they have then that day they would hand us the company and retire.
And that is what the biggest problem is me and Randhir who can't agree even on a small project how will we together take desicions for such a big company .
