Chapter 36: Improving

Sky's POV

Nagising ako nang may maramdaman akong humihipan sa mukha ko. I slowly opened my eyes at isang napakagwapong mukha ang bumungad sakin. Nakatitig si Zafier sa akin habang nakangiting nakahiga sa tabi ko.

"Creep" I mumbled at him. Bigla niya akong niyakap and gave me a quick peck on the lips kaya nagulat ako before he buried his face at my neck.

Obviously kanina pa siya gising dahil nakaligo na siya at lahat lahat. It's probably like 3 in the morning. We wanted to start the day early.

"Good morning arkhi" he sweetly said kaya di ko mapigilang ngumiti. The sound of his deep and husky morning voice was enough to wake me up.

"Morning dre" bati ko at pinaglaruan ko muli ang buhok niya. He didn't complain so we stayed like that for a few more minutes.

"Come on, let's get breakfast para makaalis na tayo" he said at hinila ako patayo. We're planning on going somewhere around Rome today.

"Alright. Let me take a shower" inaantok kong sabi. He was about to speak pero inunahan ko na siya knowing what he is about to say.

"No, hindi mo ako sasabayan maligo" pagputol ko sa kanya and I saw him pouted. Cute. Who would've thought that a ruthless man like him can be so adorable?

"Fine. I'll just wait for you then" he said kaya naman binilisan ko na ang aking pagligo at nagsuot na ng damit ko. He already packed our stuff. Wala naman kaming masyadong dadalhin.

I wore my fitted black ripped jeans, my timberlands and my pastel pink sweater. This was Zafier's choice by the way, and I liked it so why not? Binili namin yung sweater at timberlands nakaraan. He's obssessed with couple outfits. Pero hindi yung cringy type na couple outfits ah? More like the matching color scheme type. Minsan lang yung literal na match.

The only kind of pink I would gladly wear. Pastel pink. Kapag ibang klaseng pink na yan, asa naman kayo na magsusuot ako ng ganon. Pastel pink is what I prefer.

"You look gorgeous" nakangiti niyang sabi and kissed my forehead. I just smiled because he never fails to remind me that in every chance he gets.

"Tara na nga" sabi ko at bumaba na kami mula sa hotel at kumain muna bago nag-ikot ikot.

Napadaan ulit kami sa pet shop at hinanap ko agad yung aso na gusto ko. It was a cute baby alaska malamute. Tuwing mapapadaan kami dito ay lagi kong tinitignan yung cute na aso. Malapit lang kasi sa hotel yung pet shop. Nang makita rin ako ng aso ay tumalon-talon ito while wagging its tail at tinataholan ako. Yeah I think the dog already knows me since we often pass by here.

Kinawayan ko yung aso tila isang kaibigan at naiintindihan yung ginagawa ko. The dog just jumped higher and wagged its tail more kaya napangiti ako. So freaking cute.

Di ko napansin na nakatingin pala sa akin si Zafier tila naguguluhan kung sino kinakawayan ko. His facial expression softens and let a low chuckle escape his lips once he saw who I'm waving at.

We tried new things around the city at nag-road trip while taking pictures. We wwnt to different tourist attractions and took a lot of photos.

Sumakay na kami sa bus para umuwi dahil nakalabas na kami ng city kaka tour. We tried different activities and met some new friends and we had a good time. It was memorable.

Until it was time for us to leave. So we bid our goodbyes to them before getting on the bus.

I put my bag on my lap at unti-unti akong sumandal sa bintana. Nakakapagod din pero may energy pa naman ako.

"Wanna go to the cafe? You said you wanted some coffee" Zafier softly said at me while holding my hands and stroking it.

I just nodded and gave him a smile. After a couple of hours traveling ay bumaba na kami sa hotel at iniwan na lamang namin ang gamit namin at nagpahinga ng saglit bago bumaba muli at pumunta sa malapit na cafe.
Nag-order na lang ako ng iced coffee at oreo cheesecake at nag-order na rin si Zafier.
