Chapter 26

Yoshinos POV

"Kill Kimera."

Time seemed to have stood still for that moment. No sound was heard other than the faint gasp of Sakura or was that Naruto?

"What?! Then that means that we might kill Yoru too! I thought you wanted to save her not kill her! What happened to all that you said about-"

"Shut the fuck up Naruto! I know what I fucking said! Do you fucking think that I want to fucking do this? Yoru is the only girl I ever loved! She is not only my best friend but an amazing ninja. And I know for a fucking fact that she would rather die by our hand than by that fucking piece of shit Henta."

Naruto looked at me in shock along with the other leaf and sand ninja.

"What? Shocked that I cursed?"

Giving them a smirk I looked back at Kimera who was standing still.

"Who knew someone of such high power had such a potty mouth. But I guess that was expected from someone so young. Now let's finally get this over with. Say good bye to the life you all once lived and say hello to the glorious death."

After saying that Kimera lunge at us. We all managed to escape and jump out of her reach.

"As for the plan. Do what ever is necessary to kill her. Don't hold back. Because as of right now she is no longer the girl you once knew. She is now a cold blooded killer that will kill you before you could even have a chance to realize it."

Turning to my comrades I could see the hesitation embedded on their faces. They all wished that They didn't need to kill one of their friends but they also knew that they had to or else many people will wind up killed.

Switching my attention to Kimera I summoned my lightening spear before jumping at her. Dodging Kimeras tail I managed to get close enough to her back before letting out a flash of lightening. Kimera roared in pain at the electricity coursing through out its body. Smirking, I was about to jump away before I was hit by its snake head tail.

Slamming into the wall I shakily stood up to see Kai and Sai battling with Kimera. I covered my face with my arms when I sudden blast of wind erupted from the twins. Looking up, I managed to see Kai being slammed into Sai.

"Dammit!"

I quickly stood up only to be over come with a sudden dizziness. Slowly standing up I saw Hyosuke and Yoshitsune jumping towards Kimera. Hyosuke shot out a blast of water while Yoshitsune let out a high pitched screech that only Kimera would have been able to hear.

Slowly., the dizziness drifted away and I was able to see straight again. Looking up I saw sand start to make its way towards Kimeras feet.

'Gaara.'

Looking at said person, I could see and emotionless face, but, all I was was pain and sadness in his eyes. He doesn't want to do this. None of us do.

"But it must be done."

Standing straight I jumped to the air.

"Quickly! Guys we have to use that move!"

"What?!" "That's dangerous!" "We can't risk it!"

The screams of my comrades came to my ears. Landing on a pillar I managed a glare over at Henta who seemed to be enjoying our sense of loss.

"We have to. Its the only way. And I'm not asking you all. As your Kurokage I command you!"

They all gave me a look of disbelieve. I have never been so harsh to them before. But what was expected if someone who has to kill the one they love?

"You all get out. You'll all just be in the way."

I stared over at the leaf and sand ninja. Naruto looked like he was going to argue until I sent him probably one of my most frightful glares. He kept his mouth shut before they all left the area.

'Please let his work.'

Letting out a breath. I focused on Kimera. It was in a crouched position with its snake tail hovering just above its head.

"Ready guys."

I got a nod from them all.

"Now!"

We all jumped into the air and disappeared.

Third person POV

The five ninja leaped into the air and disappeared like they were never there.

Everything seemed to be in slow motion before a sudden roar of thunder erupted.

Large grey storm clouds started to form under the high ceiling. Flashes of lightening came crashing down around Kimera. Looking up a confused, and somewhat scared, Henta slowly started backing away.

"Oh dear. This seems to be the calm before the storm."

The clouds turned a darker shade of grey as if answering Hentas remark.

Just then!

The wind started to howl!

Lightening struck the surrounding area

Heavy rain stabbed what ever it landed on.

Loud thunder echoed through out the room.

The storm had begun.
