Just a few common terms for anyone that is confused by any acronyms, shortened words and other words that may not make sense.

So here we go:

• Transgender - A person whose sense of personal identity and gender doesn't correspond with their birth sex.

• Cisgender - The opposite of Transgender. A person whose identity and gender corresponds with their birth sex.

• FtM - Female to Male transgender. Someone who is born female but identifies as male.

• MtF - Male to Female transgender. Someone who is born male but identifies as female.

• Non binary - A person whose gender isn't defined by traditional binary terms, such as male and female.

• Dysphoria - A feeling of hatred, uneasiness or discomfort with something about yourself. Can be more than physical attributes and is common among transgender people.

• Top Dysphoria - A sense of unease with anything from the stomach up. For FtM people, in particular, it can include slim shoulders, feminine hips, breasts, or a small belly pouch.

• Bottom Dysphoria - Unease with anything below the stomach. Includes the 'wrong' genitalia, large thighs, or being too short.

• Passing - Being able to pass as one's desired gender.

• Binder - An undergarment that makes it appear as if an FtM person has a flat chest.

• Packing - A way to make it appear as if an FtM person has a bulge. Can be anything that's shoved in your pants, in particular, a sock or prosthetic penis.

Well, that's about it. If I've missed anything, feel free to leave a comment and I'll add it in later.

Well anyway, catch ya later~
