"Okay, Sammy tell me what the deal is", I spoke, curious in what she had to say. Usually, Sammy only wants to talk about gossip so, seeing her this serious is rare. I wonder what it could be.
"Wait a second, where's Jason?", she asked looking around. "About that, well, you see, me and Jay got in a bit of a barney. He was disrespecting me all morning, so I was a little agro. Then he brought her up, and began talking about my mate saying that she may reject me and he was making my wolf sad and I don't like when my wolf is sad. After being called a name, my wolf snapped.
Long story short, he fell three times. His ankle is probably broken along with his wrist, a few fingers and his pride, or whatever was left of it.", I finished with a slight chuckle.
" I hate it when you do that whole ' long story short ' thing. It's like, starting a book and you can't wait to find out what happens next. Then someone comes by, and tells you the ending. You're so lazy that it's annoying, and the thing is, you know that you can easily not be lazy, but you're to lazy to try!", She said with an angry tone.
"Also, what is wrong with you two? Y'all are basically family. So why are you guys always arguing and are always at each other's throats?", she asked frustrated. "You do realize how stupid you sound right? Do you understand, families argue all the time? Jay and I may always be at each other's throats and sure I've cut off a few of his whiskers, figuratively and literally, but when it comes down to it. We've got each others backs, and know we can count on one another. Good families are the ones who feel like killing each other. They throw insults at each other but, if someone else were to insult there family even if it's their best friend they would beat them up. That's Jay and I but, the moments when we actually get along are super cool. Hating each other, is like our own way of showing how much we care and love one another. Do you see what I mean?", I finished. Sammy looked at me like I was crazy and stupid. " Y'all are weird", she said sighing, sounding exhausted.
"So what did you need to tell me?", I asked. "Okay, so we have a new girl in our grade.", She said excitedly. I propped my body up on my elbows to get a better view of her "Are you kidding me, that's all? Are you forgetting how big this school is? Or I don't know, how many new students we get every year? So what is so important about this one person in particular?", I asked disappointed. " I'm glad you asked. Okay, so this new girl is supposed to be super hot. Not only that but, there is word that she is half angel.", she looked at me waiting for my reaction. " Okay, what about it?", I asked uninterested.
" What do you mean, 'what about it'? You do know how rare half angels are right?", she asked trying to reel me in or show some interest... Usually I'm very interested in the new female students and what they have to offer. Not to sound like a wanker but, even if they aren't lesbian or bisexual I can still have them begging for me, falling for me, and screaming my name. But I'm a very loyal person I would never cheat. I may flirt, or tease other women, but I'd never cheat that's one of my rules.
"I know how rare they are, but why should I care? I already have a girlfriend, plus she's half angel so... but who knows I may befriend the new girl. Also why are you still on me?", I asked her, waiting for a response mostly to my last question "Wait you have a girlfriend? Since when? Wait a second, a half angel... OMG, you're dating Gwen?!?!?! Tell me everything! How did this happen? How long have y'all been dating? Is she treating you right? Are you treating her right? Why didn't you tell-", I shut her up by tickling her. After a minute of her begging me to stop, I did. "We can discuss this later at lunch, okay?", I told/asked her, she nodded yes, gave me a hug, then ran off somewhere.
I realized that I was the only one in the hall. I took out my phone and at that moment the bell rang. Well, no need to check the time. Classes have started now so it's 8 o'clock and I'm late on the first day of school. Well isn't that just grand? I thought sarcastically and got up and began to bang my head against my locker, then as I was about to open my locker, for the millionth time today.
