Chapter 27.

Katelyn sighed watching Optimus and the other's leave even though she knew they would be safe a part of her wanted to go with them but she knew that Bishop would just keep coming and that he had to be stopped even if got her killed and Duke knew that to, it was the reason why she had asked Brains to give her dog tags to Optimus so a part of her would be with him even if she did't live through this, she snapped out of her thought's as Duke's hand landed on her shoulder and she nodded following him into the wood's that were on the other side of the house since Bishop would come this way he liked to take people of their guard also the sound of the chopper was even louder now and they soon saw it over head it was looking for the autobot's she could't help but smirk they were going to find none here now, she growled in the back of her throat when she spotted lights through the wood she nodded to Duke and he moved one way she moved the other it was take them about before they were seen so she lost sight of Duke for a while and she crouched in a covered area where she could get some good shot's off so she waited for them they had split into teams and were moving in spurts so they did't make to much noise and they were dressed differently from the last time she had been with these guy's their faces were hidden and their outfits were pit black even more black than what she was wearing which would make them harder to see thankfully there was some faint sunlight left she picked up a stone and threw it.

"what was that?" one of them asked.

"you two check it out and report" the other said as the other's kept going.

They soon stopped though when gun shots went off and the one did't get an answer when he ordered them to report what had just happened and then started firing blindly when a solider went down next to him then and other before he took a bullet to the head, Katelyn moved from where she had been to be joined by Duke who took out the other's they nodded to each other again following the same path as the solider's and it was't long before they ran into other's and took them out or lead them into some of the traps that had been placed out here for them they only stopped to catch their breaths a few time's but they kept going they had by Optimus and everyone else more time to get further away from here.

Bishop gritted his teeth as some of his solider's reported in that no one was at the house or in the barn he guessed Katelyn knew he was coming after Raymond took out an other friend of her's and their were time's he hated waiting, but he could't help but smirk a little if someone was taking out his men and got the autobots and the yeager family to run then Katelyn was still here some where and he was glade to see that she had't lost her touch even a chuckle came out of him she would call him a monster but on the battle filed well she was a worse monster and she dame well knew it.

"everyone listen it's clear that the Autobot's have made a run for it the chopper will keep looking from the air along the roads as for what's happening on the ground is down to Katelyn and her friend Duke, they are traitors to their planet and their own kind i want them brought to me if they fight back shot to kill" he said.

Katelyn panted a little pushing the now dead solider off her he had gotten her from behind by chance she manged to get the up hand and get the knife out of his hand which had't been easy and he had been a big fella to boot, she lent against the tree a bit trying to get her breath back it did't matter how meany her and Duke took out they just kept coming and thinking about Duke she had lost sight of him when they came across a large group that had tried to capture them she guessed Bishop must of ordered them to bring them to him and if they fought back to kill them on sight, she had to find Duke so she started to make her way back to the house with what little strength she had left but she stopped just at the edge spotting a couple of black cars and a large number of solider's and also Bishop himself her grip on her gun became a little tighter she could't help but think how easy it would put a bullet into his head from here and then all this would be over with and she would of done to if she had't spotted Duke being kneeling in front of him and from what she could see he had taken a beating and the only reason they had't killed him on sight was because Bishop wanted to question him she had to do something she sighed pushing touching the radio around her neck going Duke would hear her and from the way he lifted his head he did then spoke to Bishop and he took the radio from him.

"Katelyn" Bishop said.

"let him go Bishop or i swear to god i'll put a bullet in your head" she spat back.

"then your close but out of sight you always were a cleaver one my dear why don't you come out and we'll chat i may even spare your friend here" he said.

"like i'll believe that though there is something i want to know" she said.

"and what' s that?" he asked.

"how did you get Raymond to work for you?" she asked.

"oh..that was easy he was never going to help you Katelyn after all he lost family in Chicago and he's hated the scrap metal you now call your friends my dear so all i had to do was ask after he meet with you and the other's in that cafe and he did't think twice about killing the other's" Bishop said.

"i take that as you did't know..now you have Duke here you can save him or have more blood on your hands which will it be?" he asked.

"........"

"come on my dear you'll know what i'll do if i don't get what i want either i'll beat answers out of him in till he breaks and seeing the beating he's taken already for you he wont break easy he could last for day's Katelyn or..i can kill him here and now which will it be?" he asked.

"..you win Bishop.." she said starting to move.

"good girl" he said back.

She started to head to where he was and she could almost see that smug look on Bishop's face and she heard about every gun click as she moved closer she could also see the look on Duke's face and it made her stop she had seen that look to meany time's when they were backed into a corner and there was only one way out just one and that meant doing something very foolish she gave him a look back telling him not to do it, but he did anyway and in the next second she was diving for cover again as Duke attacked the solider's around him then went for Bishop it was like everything happened in slow motion as Duke got to Bishop only to taken down in seconds by that monster she grabbed her gun and fired making Bishop stagger as Duke's body hit the ground she did't stay to see if it had killed him or not because the solider's were on her fast forcing her to run as fast as her leg's could go she felt a few bullets cut through clothing and skin none where a hit and she did't stop to check she just kept going.

"sir are you alright?" a solider asked once the shooting had stopped.

"she shot me in the bloody arm so no! i'm not alright..head back to base!" he snapped.
