" Babe stop."
I was throwing popcorn at Micaiah so she can take her attention away from my laptop.
" But I want you to pay attention to me ", I whined.
She closes the laptop then cuddles to my chest.
" Better now?"
" Yes thank you ", I kiss her lips.
Life has been going good for me so far. Micaiah is still kind of upset that I want to turn myself in. In my opinion, I feel like that's the best choice. I don't want people to deal with me and my illness, so being away will cause less stress for everybody.
" Keith?"
" What's up."
" I've been thinking and I don't think you should turn yourself ."
" Miciaiah don't start-"
" No let me finish. Maybe you should just claim that you found and rescued me instead of facing jail time."
I sat and thought about what she said for a little bit.
" Okay but that's not benefitting me."
" After all of this is over I will make sure you get the help that you need."
" Alright."
" You'll do it?"
" Yeah tomorrow night I'll take you to the police station."
" Thank you baby. I can't see you go to jail."
" I'll do whatever to make you happy ", I kiss her lips multiple times.
I pull a brand new iPhone out if my pocket handing it to Micaiah.
" What is this for?"
" I trust you enough to have one. It only has my number in it though, so whenever I'm out you can call or text me."
" Alright, but I'm most likely not going to use it."
" Yeah just keep it for emergencies."
" Keith?"
" Hmm."
" I love you."
" I love you too baby."
