As we were transported into the underworld, the coin glowed red. Then Alex started glowing red. "Ummm... is that normal?" I asked. She started to freak out. "NO. NO THIS IS NOT NORMAL." Well this is just great. Leo's sister is gonna get us all killed. *sigh* We landed on the ground of the underworld, and looked up. Alex had stopped glowing red, and was panicking. Her nose caught on fire. I turned to Leo. "Leo! Stop fooling around!" I yelled. "I'm not doing anything!" He insisted. Then his eyes got wide. "What if... what if the coin was cursed? To hold in your powers? And when you chose to come to CHB with us, the curse was broken?" He said. GREAT. Now we have two fire users on our hands.
While everybody was freaking out about Alex, I was the only one that noticed the large dog creeping up behind us. I attempted to stab it, but it merely pushed me aside. When Hazel saw it, she screamed, but it merely pushed her aside as well. It started running toward Leo and Alex, and we weren't fast enough to stop it. Alex and Leo screamed as the dog picked them up and ran.
A/N: REALLY short chapter. So where are Alex and Leo going? I don't know. I'll probably come up with something in the next hour. Woooooo cliff hanger. Ya know, gotta follow the pattern of the books.
