"RAVEN!?" I shouted without control.

A wince appeared from him as he expressed the distress I caused his ears by eyeing me instead of the road.

"Can you be any louder?" He spatted.

"What the fuck are you doing here?!"

"You know, this is not the time for this. Not to mention, we have a hot trail on our asses. Definitely not the best time." He said as his blue eyes inched towards the source of chaos.

Peering over my shoulder; trails of men were chasing behind us as rapid bullets were swirling in the air. The piling dust mustered at our feet, as the roaring engine drowned out their clutter of voices.

Gripping the handles in his palms, Raven hunched his frame forward as he pressed on the gas. The wheels rumbling in response as it tore against the Earth with bullets barley grazing us. Clenching the back seat, my nails were clawed into the seat cushion as I clenched my teeth against the wind in my face.

Specks of sand splattered against my skin before reminding my eyes of the painful hits it took earlier.

Hunching forward while lowering my head, I shut my eyes to let the darkness bring some sense of calmness.

It didn't.

My chest was thumping while my fingers froze in the tension its taking. My flesh starts to crack as the dry air attacks the surface. The rapid bullets still chasing after us as Raven continued to stepped on the pedal.

The engine roaring underneath our bodies as the bike grew faster. The wind still against our faces as I ducked down my head even more. The blurry vision of colors was what's ahead of me as everything was in disarray.

The thoughts keep piling in my head.

How is he even here?

Why is he even here?

And can this fucking day get any worse?

Oh yes. Yes it can.

Suddenly, a sound ripped through my ears.

The sound of metal as its ripped apart.

A streaking bullet flies past the back wheel before tearing the at the engine. The small but immense impact ripped a leak in the engine as green and black fluid poured out from the metal rotor onto the brown soil.
The longer the bike was going, the more the leak continued.

"We have a problem." I stated immediately. Raven peered behind me as his eyes landed on the sight. Muttering underneath his breath, the slip of irritation showed on his face.

"The bike is not going to last that much longer." I insisted.

"I see that." He paused as his eyes darted around for a second. Suddenly, a blare of light appeared in his eyes as he spoke.

"We're gonna have to leave it."

"Pardon me?!" I shouted. But before he could answer me, Raven started pressing the bike to go faster despite the massive leak the bike was experiencing. The bike answered with a soft roar as the wheels continued to grip against the dirt.

"We're approaching the river you left the car. We're gonna jump." He ordered calmly.

"Excuse me?!"
