I realized this song really suit this chapter when I almost finish writing it. That's why I think I should put it up here and share it with you all.

It has been months since I published last chapter and my work had been hectic, added to it my preference to read when I am stuck, it wasn't that easy to just sit down and write. I am glad that I had finally finished this final chapter. It's such an accomplishment when I typed the end as last words of this chapter. 😀🎉🎉

I felt like I want to scream, "I AM DONE!"

But, unfortunately, no, I am NOT done yet! I still have after ending and the epilogue to work on. I will try keep them as short as I can, so that I can publish them at New Year Eve. No promise, though. I am bad when I set deadline for myself. It's like mission impossible to stick to it.

Please point it out if there is any error. Because I didn't proofread before published it.

Anyway, please enjoy it while it last. 😄

It was eight in the morning when Erica finally gathered enough courage to face Arnold again, she scared that she couldn't help herself from jumping to his arm when he did that confession again. She didn't want to believe it but there was something about himself that made her realized she never saw it at the time when she believed he loved her. But she just too afraid to give them another chance, he had broken her heart thrice, she was certain she won't be able to handle the fourth. It would kill her. So, she kept awake for entirely night still didn't know what to do. Yesterday, when she was with him, it seem like divorce was the only option left. But, what if there was a possibility that what he told her was his true feeling. She just couldn't help but hoped.

The sun had risen, but she still didn't have any idea how to deal with this situation. Would she believed in his feeling when he did what she asked.

She went down stair, with a lot in her mind. When she saw he was sitting on the couch with papers in his hand, she just couldn't hold herself back from admiring her husband. Deep inside his cold appearance, he was hiding a man with generous heart, the one that willing to help even people who ever hurt him before. He was a great guy and deserved better than her, he should be with someone from a high class family. That thought just upset her more and she held her tears from falling.

Arnold felt like someone was staring him. When he raised his gaze, he saw Erica at the bottom of the stair looking at him with tears in her eyes. He wanted to dash to her side, hugged her and made her forget whatever was upsetting her. He wished he could whisper reassuring words to her and loved her to his heart content. But he knew she wasn't ready for that kind of affection from him yet. One wrong move, then it would cause him losing her forever and he would not let that happen as long as he was breathing. So, pretending like he didn't see it, he said, "Hey, good morning. Did you sleep well? I made some breakfast, why don't you go eat them up at the dining table before they went cold!"

Erica thought for awhile before answering him, "Good morning to you too. I am fine! And yes, I would like to have breakfast first before we talk."

He could sense how tensed she was. But he won't back down now, "Actually, I want to bring you to a place after breakfast, before we talk any further about our future."

"Where are we going?" she gave him questioning look.

"You will know when we get there." He said sternly. He didn't want to let her know first or it would ruin his reason for doing so.

Erica knew better than anyone to not argue when he spoke in that tone. So she just shrugged and headed to dining room. Surprisingly, she felt so calm and he actually left her alone during her meal.
