Then it was morning, though it felt more than morning because it was brighter than usual. Soon birds chirped, I started to open my eyes slowly. Then the birds chirping changed, and croaks came. I got up shocked noticing that I wasn't home anymore! I was in a rainforest! I looked around and had noticed I was wearing my same school clothes. A blue shirt with short jeans and brown boots. Then I found a book! It says T.E.L.O.W. wonder what that stands for? I open it and find empty pages and a pen to write with. Then a sand colored backpack that's filled with a cantin, snacks that look weird, extra clothes that are to small for me, a map, and a compass. I look at the map while starting to stand up. The map is not labeled or anything, it just says T.E.L.O.W. and colored connected land. I can tell I was on the green part since I thought green ment rainforest? I don't know. Then I pulled out the compass and headed east. I checked my watch which was still on my wrist, the time was 9:27a.m. and thought if I go to the center of the map there could be a village where I could talk to people for help. It has been an hour and all I could see are tall green trees with plants everywhere. I tried to pinch myself hoping to wake up, but no matter how hard I tried I'm still in a rainforest. Though I wasn't scared, I was soothed by the beauty of the plants around me. Yet, another hour and I took a break, so I took out a snack. There was a weird fruit inside that I took out to try. It looked much like a dragon fruit, but it was different. It was the size of my head, it was very spiky, and it was colored brown on the inside, red on the outside, and green on the spikes. It looked edible, but I had to be cautious anything could be poisonous. Many atemps as I smashed it on a rock but failed. With anger, I threw the stupid thing on the rock and orange sticky liquid came out. "What the hell? Well I guess is good to try something new even if it kills me." I said. I observed the fruit then took a sample of the sticky fruit. It tasted like honey, syrup, mango, but it had a sour and bitter taste of something else. Anyway, I finished eating the thing and heard a sound of movement. I got up and quickly hid behind a tree and waited a few seconds. "I don't want any harm. Besides I'm to disgusting to eat if your hungry." I said as the movement stopped. I turned around and looked around and saw something small. I saw a slug like creature with big eyes and an adorable voice. I found it cute and approached the creature. "Oh hello little creature, do you happen to know where I could find a town with people?" I said bending down to see the tiny creature. "Hiss." It said with a snakes tongue. "What!?" I stammered. The creature turned into a big snake like creature and the hissing got louder. "Hissssssss!" The creature snarled. It looked like a cobra hybrid of a dragon thing. The scariest thing about this, is that it has tiny arms and no one wants to see a snake with tiny ass arms. I ran as the creature jump scared me, it was hard to run through the rainforest since all the leaves and plants were pulling and hitting me. Finally, I escaped the creature as it almost tried to eat and savagely bite me to death. Only I kept running until I tripped on a plant. "Ow fuck!" I said getting my backpack back on and getting up. After two and a half hours of walking and running just to find a town with people, all I found was a bridge that leads to a temple that is surrounded by waterfalls. I look around in awe, filled with wonder and excitement. The temple was an orangy-brown color with green stains and green vines. The bridge to the temple was the same color and texture, but it had more cracks and it looked fragile. It seemed strong enough to step on, but I walked slowly just in case. As I carefully stepped on the bridge, dust crumbles were being made beneath me with each step I took. Cautiously, I approach the temples dark entrance and notice statue holders. There was about 8 of them and one of them was on the top of the temple. Starring at the statues while walking inside, I triped on a trip wire, getting up only to see the dark entrance and a distant sound of rumbling.
