NARUTO

Third POV///

"EEEEEH?!" They all screamed in great shock, except for Kakashi, he just fell out of his seat.

"OI, I'M RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU, BAKA'S! I ONLY HAVE TWO EARS!" Akimi yelled out, covering her poor, poor ears. She knew they would react, but blowing her eardrums was not on her list.

"Does that mean... You know–?" Naruto started, an unsure look on his face but got cut off by Akimi. "It's alright Naru. I knew all along." She said with a reassuring, knowing eye-smile, making him relaxed with a relieved smile. Naruto was quite glad and happy that he wasn't the only Jinchūriki. And he was more than happy when Akimi still accepted him, even if she knew he had the Kyūbi no Kitsune.

"We trust you, Akimi-chan. Even if you have the Jūichibi and Jūnibi in you, you're still our teammate and friend." Sakura explained with a happy smile. Kakashi, Naruto, and Sasuke seemed to agree with the pinkette. The silverette teacher patted Akimi's head playfully, causing her to pout and swat it away with Kakashi chuckling slightly. Naruto hugged Akimi once again and she returned it happily. Sasuke smirked, but then scowled when their blonde teammate hugged the silverette, making Sasuke pull Naruto away with the said blonde pouting at the ravenette. Akimi returned the smile under her mask gratefully, glad that they accepted her.

"Well... How did you meet Zabuza? And why did you call him Otō-san, Akimi-chan?" Kakashi asked her. Everyone looked at Akimi questionably.

"Otō–I mean, Zabuza? Well, back when I was young, I bumped into him when I was still traveling. I was like, what, around five? Yeah. I met him when he was injured; on his right leg."

"Ugh... I need a break.." A tired Zabuza groaned, hitting his back on a tree and slid down. He placed his sword beside him and folded a leg up, allowing his arm to rest on top of it. The rogue-nin sighed, knowing that he still has to run away. Zabuza and Haku has been running away from a group of bandits since day one and haven't stopped looking for him to get the bounty on his head.

He and Haku were separated when they got cornered. Though, knowing that Haku could find him, Zabuza wasn't that worried. But he snapped out of his thoughts when he heard a rustling noise nearby. He knew that whoever it was, it wasn't Haku. The chakra signature was different. He cursed, realizing that he couldn't move and that his right leg was struck by a kunai. Instead, he picked his sword up and pointed at where the noise was directed; in the bush in front of him.

"Show yourself, coward!" He demanded, thinking that it was an enemy as held his sword up and ignoring the exhaustion crawling on his body. He tensed up when someone stepped out of the bushes, but relaxed slightly when it was just a young girl. A girl no older than five stepped out in the open with her galaxy orbs contrasted perfectly with her dark-purple lashes. Her silver-white hair was tied up in a loose bun, few strands hung freely. She wore a ruffled up dark-blue kimono that reached her knees, showing that she had no shoes or such. She looked very adorable for her age, Zabuza mused.

Tilting her head slightly in curiosity, -the action fits her, in Zabuza's opinion- before opening her mouth. "Are you okay, rogue-nin-san?" She asked, her bright yet dark orbs twinkled as she looked at him.

Momentarily shocked that this girl knew he was a rogue-nin, he regained his shock before tensing up, moving his hand to point his sword at the young silverette. "How did you know I was rogue-nin, little girl?" He scowled, narrowing his eyes in suspicion if the girl was some sort of distraction, an ambush for him.
