By the time we ge to the Stark tower, I'm laughing at how hard Loki holds onto my waist."What's so funny?" He asks, challenging my answer.
"You, being so melodramatic." I laugh again, kicking the parking stand down, the motorcyce parked at an angle.
Loki clicks his tongue. "Me? Being melodramatic? Please, I think you're describing the wrong person."
I laugh again and shake my head, gesturing for Loki to follow me. He follows me, grunting. We make it up to the top of the tower, the main floor in which the Starks live. The elevator doors open, revealing a a slighlty hectic scene before us.
Tony, trying to catch a fast running Ciara, as she tries shooting her play bow and arrow at him, and Pepeper trying to get her makeup away from a determined Victoria, her hair already in a side braid, her bangs falling out and slighlt covering her face.
"Hey!" I say, trying to help the Starks out.
Everyone freezes and looks over at us. Only Victoria gets up and runs towards me, hugging me. "Cappy!" She screeches, looking up at me with her blue eyes.
"Hey V. How's my favorite blonde girl?" I say, looking down at her.
"Pretty good. Leanred how to braid my hair like Elsa!" Victoria gestures to her hair.
I nod. "And it looks wonderful!"
She grins and goes back inside, Tony walking towards me as Pepper quickly puts away her maleup and rgabs her clutch purse.
"What is he doing here?" Tony asks quietly, gesturing to Loki.
"He's going to help me tonight." I say, nodding firmly.
"Yeah, I don't bite." Loki says, smirking.
"Yeah, but you do murder." Tony spits.
"Not anymore. Spending over a decade in a cage made me learn my lesson, and boy I sure did." Loki syas, his tone serious.
Tony looks weary, but nods anyway. "Well good thing you're both here then. Kepe an eye on my girls and don't let them out or anyone in. And their bedtime is 9, no later. And no desserts past 8:30. We should be back by 10, the latest. Thank you so much."
Loki and I both nod as we enter the Stark floor, Pepper and Tony stepping in the elevator, Pepper smiling and nodding a greeting to us.
"So what shal we do?" Loki asks the girls.
"Watch Frozen!" The two say at the same time.
I sigh. "Again? We watched that movie last time!"
"So? It's such a great movie! Plus Victoria looks like Elsa, which makes me Anna who gets a cute boy! So we have to watch it again!" Ciara exclaims.
"Sounds like a fabulous idea! Come on Cap, it's just a movie, and if we watch it now, we'll get it over with and leave the rest of the night dedicated to activities." Loki says, lookin at me.
I sigh. "Fine."
The girls jump up and high five each other.
"Yu two go set the movie up while we get the popcorn and snacks." I say, directing the girls.
"Who is he by the way?" Ciara asks, pointing to Loki.
"I, am Loki. Im your dad's friend. And Cap's friend. And your friend if you want me to." Loi introduces himself to the 10 year old girls.
"Sounds like a plan Mr.Loki." Victoria says bowing.
Loki laughs, and the girls do too. I roll my eyes slightly as the girls leave to go set up the movie, and Loki and I go into the kitchen to get the assorted snacks.
I put the popcorn in the microwave as Loki takes out a few bags of chips and a bowl.
I gesture to the one bowl. "Why only one?"
Loki grins. "I'm going to make a mix! A surprise with every handful. Plus it makes less dishes to clean later."
I grin at Loki as the microwave beeps. "Smart."
Loki laughs. "Well I thought so."
I pour the popcorn in a large enough bowl for the four of us, as Loki and I make it to the large living room, the large flatscreen TV ready to start the movie.
"We forgot drinks." I say, remebering, as Loki and I set the bowls down.
"I'll go get them!" Victoria jumps up, willing to go get them.
I shake my head. "No, it's fine. Plus I'm still standing. Ill be right back." I nod and turn back to the kitchen to get the drinks.
I juts grab four glasses and two bottles of soda and bring them into the living room. When I get back, Victoria is brading Loki's hair, and Ciara is teaching him patty cake.
"Alright, let's start the movie. Enough harassing Loki." I laugh a little as I set the bottles and glasses down on the coffee table beside the two bowls of snacks.
The girls giggle jump off of Loki as I sit down next to him, the girls jumping on the loveseat and cuddle up with an Olaf blanket.
"This can't be too bad, is it?" Loki asks.
"Oh, just wait." I say, laughin as the opening scene comes on the TV, the girls shhing us to be quiet and watch the movie.

After the movie, the girls are still wide-awake, and we spend an hour with Ciara and Victoria teahcing Loki and I the words to "Let It Go" and we all sing it together, Loki laughing when the girls get angry when we sing the wrong note.
"Two hopeless singers!" Victoria exclaims, shaking her head, her blonde hair shifting with her movements.
"Maybe we just aren't meant to be muscicians." I say, defending Loki and I.
"Clearly." Ciara says, and the girls erupt into laughtr and high-five each other.
"Well, you can plan your death plan for us tomorrow, because it's bedtime for the two of you." I say, standing and stretching my muscles.
"But we haven't done anything!" Victoria complains.
"Well you shoudl've thought about that before we watched Frozen 3 times in a row." I say, and Loki chuckles.
"Fine. But next time, braiding hair and make-overs are happening." Victoria says, determination in her voice.
I sigh, picturing that diaster now. "Fine, but you two have to go to bed before your parents get home and slay Loki and I for allowing you to stay up past your bedtimes!"
The girls nod and hug me, then hug Loki, as they giggle and go to bed. "Night!" They both exclaim over their shoulders, Victoria's blonde head and Ciara's dark brown head getting smaller until they reahc their room, the door closing with a soft click as they shut the lights off and go to bed.
I sigh, turning off the TV and picking up the two bowls, empty now, and bring them to the kitchen.
I put the bowls in the sink and start the water, turning it to warm as I start rinsing the bowls. I hear Loki come up behind me, the sound of glass clinking against glass filling the silence, accompanied by the sound of the gently rushing water from the faucet.
Loki sets the glasses in the sink.
"Thanks." I nod at him.
"Well, since I'm here, I might as well make myself useful." Loki chuckles.
I open the dishwasher, and Loki and I set the dishes in the dishwasher, flicking water at each other, cackling.
"Shh." I say, putting my fingers to my lips. "Sleping girls. Other room." I add quietly. Loki nods, but still snorts as he closes the dishwasher.
I shake my head and frown playfully as I start the machine, the soft hum of it filling the new silence. Just as we finish cleaning the living room, we hear the door being opened.
