Letter Nine

Dear, Friend

I returned home today on a pass. A pass is basically where you can leave the ward for a set amount of time, then you are asked to return to the hospital. On the ride home we hit an animal. We almost busted our right headlight as that happened. Luckily, none of us were hurt. The animal however, with an impact like that I would imagine a broken leg at the least. Immediately when we hit the deer it ran away. Adrenaline probably fuelled it enough to get back to it's humble abode.

I had to return to the ward on Thursday. I got a two day pass. One and four/sixths of a day technically actually since I got home at 6 and I slept at 10. 24 ÷ 6 = 4

But really nothing really happened except that I gave hugs all around. I was having guests over tomorrow which was nice.
