My eyes snap open at the feeling of the ground shaking.

Jack shifts behind me, his arms wrapping tighter around my waist. He snuggles his face into my neck and inhales deeply. I shudder, feeling his cold breath graze my neck before closing my eyes.

Then I hear a loud roar and my eyes snap open again. I carefully wiggle my way from Jacks grasp, quickly giving him a pillow to cuddle with in my absence.

I smile at him. He looks so peaceful when he's sleeping. I kiss him lightly on the forehead and he smiles in his sleep. I quietly walk my way out of the room.

The roar sounds again and I quickly make my way towards it.

Finally, I reach the main dragon hall and I gasp. All the dragons have been locked up in cages. They slam against them, shaking the gates to their core.

I rush up to one of the cages, slamming into it. One of the dragons snap their teeth at me and I rear back. The entire hallway is filled with roaring dragons. So much noise.  My head starts pounding.

Finally, it all becomes to much for me. "STOP IT!" I yell.

The hallway becomes quiet except for the sound of panting dragons.

I create a guitar made of ice, knowing I can't let them out if they aren't calm.

I start strumming it gently for a while before I open my mouth and sing.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

I groan in frustration.

I can't sleep. After seeing Elsa and Jack in that... Situation, sleep has decided to leave me. I ran out of the room because I was so afraid I was putting unnecessary stress on her that I just ran. I figured that my presence at the time was awkward and served as punishment enough rather than the long-ass lecture I would have given her if she hadn't started bawling.

I shift over to my side. Then back onto my back. The symbol above my bed flashes, reflecting my sleepless distress. I sigh heavily. Maybe a warm glass of milk will help?

I stand up and make my way to the kitchen. Every step I take makes me flinch because of the dragons. They sound so distressed and in pain.

Their roars are so loud, I almost didn't hear the creak of an opening door behind me. I immediately hide behind the corner.

Elsa quietly sneaks out of her and Jack's room, making sure to shut the door softly behind her. She adjusts her long hair so it covers her bare back. Then she pads down the hallway towards the dragons.

I narrow my eyes before taking off after her, makug sure not to be seen or noticed. What on earth does she think she's doing now?

When she reaches the dragon corridor, she gasps. I have to take special care to cover my mouth to keep my own hitched breath hidden.

The entire corridor is filled with all the dragons that had survived the attack. They slam themselves so hard against the cages that I jump.

Elsa runs to one of the cages, slamming into it before rearing back as a dragon snaps it's teeth at her.

She runs her hand through her long hair as her breath speeds up. She stands there like that before another dragon slams up against the cage, scaring Elsa out of her thoughts. Finally, she screams.

"STOP IT!"

When everything goes quiet, Elsa breaths in deeply before creating the most beautiful Ice guitar I've ever seen. She strums it for a while before she opens her mouth and starts singing.
