Chapter 8

"Greet your closest and dearest friend Happy Friendship day." Bilal received a notification on his phone. It was noon, he woke up, got freshed. He then went for praying Zuhr salah. After praying he met few of his friends.

"Salaam" he said to his friends.

"Wa laikumusalaam" they replied. They greeted each other Happy friendship day like small kids.

"How about partying today?" asked Junaid.

"Done." agreed everyone.

"Party from Junaid's side!" Bilal teased.

"Ayy not fair!" said Junaid. Everyone laughed.

"Let's see..." said Bilal. Everyone parted back to their houses. They partied almost everyday, they just needed an excuse to party.

"Moomm..." shouted Bilal when he reached home.

"Partying today with friends."

"Today on what occasion?" asked his mother in a funny way.

"Friendship day!" replied Bilal. He then went back to his room and grabbed his phone.

"Saaarraaahhhh" he shouted from within. He was excited to wish her. And guess what she was online too, as usual.

"How do I start?" He started thinking how should he begin. He then messaged and started as a normal chat,

"Hey Sarah!"

"Hey Bilal! How are you?" replied Sarah.

"I am fine, how about you?" asked Bilal.

"I am fine too!" He then started "Saarruu happy friendship day! You are much more than just a friend to me. You really mean a lot to me. I don't know what you feel about me, but lemme clear you this that you just mean everything to me. You are so special to me, I would never love to hurt you or make you cry. It's been one year and five months since we've known each other. And in this much time you have won my heart, my trust and much more. I don't usually trust people so easily but I don't know, I kind of have that feeling yes I can trust this person, because no matter what this person won't disappoint me. I don't want you to promise me this and that because that is simply not necessary. Yes, you might have hurt me once or twice but that is totally OK. I am sorry if I hurt you. I never intend to. I can go on like this and just don't stop. Anyway Happy friendship day. I just hope we be together forever."

When Sarah read this she was shocked. Each and every word amazed her. She was happy by reading the text.

"OMG Bilal! This is the best friendship day wish I've read so far. I do not know what to say right now, but I am so amazed and impressed by this. I literally don't have words to describe how I feel. You are really good at impressing people. And happy friendship day to you too as well. You are really a perfect person to speak with, a person whom I can trust too. And I am so sorry for hurting you." Sarah replied Bilal.

Bilal replied "Thank you so much!" and they both spoke for few more minutes. And then suddenly he recalled about his partying plan and then he reluctantly had to stop chatting with Sarah.

"Got to go Saru. Today going to party with my buds. So till then Good bye."

"Good bye. Enjoy. We will chat soon!" Sarah replied.

He then plugged in charger and kept his phone for charging and started to get ready for party. After few minutes he got ready and called his friend Haneen,

"Salaam bro! Ready?"

"Wa laikumusalaam. Yup ready! Junaid said he would bring his car and pick us." replied Haneen.

"Great! But why car for picking? I mean we live nearby only right! Okay ya for going. Sorry." Bilal said foolishly!

"Idiot! Anyway let's meet down in 5 minutes" Haneen said.

"Okay cool!" replied Bilal. They met down and in a while Junaid came and they left. First they went to a good place for taking pictures (Photoshoot). Bilal had a DSLR so he bought it today for clicking pictures. After like half an hour they found a good spot and started clicking pictures. They took pictures there and then decided to have something.

"Now where shall we go to eat? Pizza, KFC, McD?" asked Junaid.

"Umm, pizza? Long time no pizza!" Bilal suggested.

"Yeah sure. As it is Junaid is giving party!" Haneen said laughing. Bilal and Junaid also laughed. While they were going, a car suddenly lost control and was just about to hit Junaid's car but Junaid quickly moved away from the car, and it was just a near miss.

"Juunnaaaiddd, bro that escape tho. That was so impressive man. You are great at driving man." Bilal said. Haneen also agreed!

"Thank you guys!" They then went to eat pizza. While waiting for their order they were speaking about the near miss.

"Thank god the car didn't hit us" Bilal said.

"Yeah man. All thanks to Junaid." Haneen said.

"Thanks a lot guys. Also that guy too, he quickly took control of the car or else that would have been a bad accident." Junaid said. After few minutes they met Taha and Saad.

"Hey guys! How are you?" they said.

"Fine dude. You say? Come join us." Junaid said. They both joined and all of them had a great time. And finally after eating, Junaid only paid the bill. "Come I'll drop you guys!" Junaid said.

"No, thanks. Actually Taha's dad will be coming to pick us." Saad said.

"Oh, OK no problem. Good bye!" Junaid said.

"Bro send the pictures by today anyhow!" Junaid and Haneen both said while going back home.

"Yeah sure!" Bilal said. Finally he reached. "Good bye guys. Thank you for such a memorable day!" Bilal said. "Good bye" replied both of them.

"As salamu alaikum" he said entering his house.

"Wa laikumusalaam. How was the party?" asked his parents.

"Amazing and a memorable one!" replied Bilal. He then went to his room and quickly opened his laptop. He started to upload the pictures on Dropbox.

"It'll be done in a while!" Bilal said to himself. After few minutes he came back to check whether it's done or not and it was done. He then messaged both of them on Whatsapp,

"I've uploaded the pictures on Dropbox. Here's the link, go and download 'em."

"Hey Bilal! How was your day?" Bilal received a message from Sarah.

"Hey Saru! I was just about to message you. It was amazing and a memorable one!" Bilal replied.

"Oh, nice then. Send me few pictures of you then!" Sarah asked.

"Ok! Just a minute" Bilal replied. He then sent Sarah some of his pictures.

"You look so good Bilal!" Sarah messaged after seeing the pictures.

"Thank you so much Saru!" Bilal replied.

"Your welcome." She replied with a happy face emoji.

"By the way, you know what happened today? While we were going to pizza, suddenly a car lost it's control and was just about to hit us, but thank god we just escaped. We were all ok. That was really a near miss. And that guy also quickly controlled the car otherwise it would have been a very bad accident!" Bilal told Sarah.

"Oh lord, you are alright?" Sarah asked.

"Yes, I am totally OK Saru! No worries!" Bilal said calming Sarah.

"Phew!" Sarah replied.

"Anyway Saru, I am a bit tired!" Bilal said reluctantly.

"Ya sure, go ahead and rest we'll speak tomorrow!" Sarah replied.

"Good bye, take care." Bilal said.

"You too take care!" Sarah replied. He didn't wanted to go but he was tired. He enjoyed chatting with Sarah.
