Unexpected love

Chapter 10

And finally vacations ended. They had one month winter vacations.

"Woahh, one month passed by so fast mannn!" Bilal said to himself. And now vacations finish exams were approaching. Bilal was worried and tensed a bit. He usually would become like this when exams would approach. There was so much to study for Bilal. He was worried, but at the same time he had confidence that he would make it.

"Haneen bro, day after tomorrow school man. And then all the teacher would start their games. Pressurizing games, mind games and all." Bilal called Haneen.

"Which games bro? What you speaking mate?" Haneen said laughing.

"I mean tests man. All the teachers would start taking tests and then if you don't score good, they start their drama." Bilal explained.

"Yeah man. So true. But chill, everything will be OK. We know something at least and something is better than nothing!" Haneen motivated him.

"Yah right. Fine, I'll catch you later. Allah hafiz"

"Allah Hafiz" And Haneen disconnected the call.

He then decided to study for sometime. He took Physics! It was his average subject that is he liked and hated it at the same time. He sat there on his study table and started studying. And after around two hours or so he took a small break. He went to the kitchen to grab some snacks. He took them to his room and started eating. While eating he was wondering about Sarah, how would he speak with her during exams.

"I'll think about that later!" He said to himself and then continued to study. Just as he was studying, he started thinking of Sarah.

As days passed by how they came closer and closer. Not Sarah, but atleast Bilal came closer. He made everything special to her. He recalls how wished Sarah. How he was excited. He was the first one to wish to her. First he wrote her a long text and then later called her. He even planned her to give a gift and meet her. She also said that she would come, but at the last moment she said no so things didn't work out there. How he wished to meet her and give her the gift. "Oh man, I still remember when I spoke with her."

"I remember, It was Maghrib, I ran out of my house to mosque. I prayed Maghrib prayer and then quickly came out. Then I gave her a call, I remember how every bell gave me shiver in my spine. And when she accepted the call, I swear I wasn't able to utter a word. But somehow I managed and spoke. Your voice, it was so sweet. I so very much enjoyed speaking with you. I bet I would enjoy much more if we met. But unfortunately I couldn't. After sometime I had to disconnect the call. Then I went back home happily. It was really a memorable call though."

After a couple of minutes he continued his studying. He studied for 2-3 hours then took a break, Then again studied and took break. He did like this and studied full day.

And after dinner he took his phone and checked his inbox. He then messaged Sarah!

"Saaaarrraahhh! How are you? One month left!" But she wasn't online. Just when he was about to close his phone, she replied,

"Heyy Bilal! I am fine. How about you? And one month for what?"

"For exams!" Bilal replied with a crying face emoji.

"So what's the big deal? You'll do good In'shaa'allah!" Sarah replied.

"What good, there is so much left!" Bilal said.

"You'll do it. Have faith in yourself." Sarah motivated him.

"But I will have stay away from you during exams. That's the sad part. And I don't want to." Bilal said.

"Yup, we can't do anything, right!" Sarah exclaimed.

Bilal then thought for a moment and then he got an idea,

"Sarah, we can do one thing. What I'll do is, I'll come online for half an hour in a day for you. What say?"

"Yup, that's a good idea." Sarah replied

"Yup, in that case I'll study also I won't be away from you. But you'll have to promise me that you'll come online!" Bilal said.

"Yeah. I promise I'll come." Sarah promised.

"Okay now I got to go. Will speak later! She said.

"Why?" He asked innocently. He wanted to speak for a little long.

"I have some work Bilal. Will speak with you soon." She said. "Good-Bye!"

"Okay, Good-Bye, take care." Bilal replied.

He was happy at the idea of not staying away from her. Then he revised what he studied and planned what to study for tomorrow and dozed off.
