When I woke up it felt as though I had been hit by a truck, several times. My whole body ached so much so that when I woke it took me a few minutes to gather the energy just to open my eyes. When I opened my eyes all I could see was the ceiling, unable to move my head to look around but I could tell that I was in either the room that I was "given" or the room that is most likely Jonathan's.

Slowly, but surely, I was able to pull my self up into a sitting position, resting my head against the headboard of the bed. I could see the room clearly now, it was the same room I had woken up in last time, the one that I'm pretty sure is Jonathan's. The memory of what had happened crashed down on me. Lifting up my shirt I saw that where I was stabbed was now healed and that the rune Jonathan had drawn on me had been drawn over with an Iratze centered in the circle covering the stick person like thing that had originally been there. A relieved sigh escaped my lips, he no longer has any control over me and I think that with Clary's rune he won't be able to again.

I heard something beside me let out a moan. Turning my body towards the sound, ignoring the pain, I saw Jonathan lying in a chair beside the bed. My sigh must have woke him up cause when I looked over there I saw him open his eyes, looking into mine. Seeing that I was awake he immediately woke up and leaned towards me raising his hand. Afraid that he was going to hit me I quickly scooted back, a pained moan escaping as I did so. What little energy I had was now gone as I slumped back down on the bed, unable to hold myself up.

"I'm not going to hurt you" he murmured his voice almost sounding sincere, almost.

"Liar" was all that I could manage to reply, my voice scratchy and broken from dehydration. Suddenly he jumped up walking out of the room. I lay on the bed in silence waiting for him to come back, terrified of what will happen. After a few minutes he returned with a glass of water.

He set it down on the bed-stand next to the bed and turned towards me. The fear I felt must have shown in my eyes because he looked at me with what looked like sadness in his eyes, but that couldn't be possible he was an emotionless monster.

"I promise you I'm not going to hurt you" he once again murmured looking into my eyes. Seeing as how I had no energy to fight him off anyway, I didn't even bother to try and struggle as he leaned me back against the headboard. Once he was sure that I was comfortably rested against the headboard he turned back towards the bed stand and grabbed the water, bringing it up to my lips and slowly leaning it back. Shocked by the kindness he was showing me I gratefully accepted his help slowly drinking the water until I felt the strength to grab it myself. As I took the cup in my hands he slowly pulled his away and when I finished it he asked if I'd like another glass. Nodding my head he quickly walked to the bathroom and I heard the sink turn on. He came back a moment later handing me the glass. I quickly downed it. Hearing him chuckle I turned to face him, finally feeling my energy come back.

"Thank you" I whispered not daring to look into his eyes. I felt his hand grab the bottom of my chin as he gently pulled it up making me look him in the eyes.

"Don't thank me, I'm the reason you're like this" I shook my head confused, he must be trying to trick me, its the only thing that makes sense.

"Since when do you care about anything" I chocked out, voice still dry. This time his face turned to one I am much more familiar with, anger. Not saying anything he snatched the cup from my hands and went back to the bathroom filling it up and handing it toward me. Still confused by his behavior I accepted the cup again, this time drinking it slower. When I looked back up at him his anger seemed to have been shoved away. Noticing me looking at him he spoke,

"You must be starving, is there anything in particular you want?" I shook my head saying,

"I don't care"
