------3 days later------

I've been in the hospital for the past 3 days because baby Landon still needs to be monitored to see if he has any issues with his health or anything. When I got the results back, it turned out that baby Landon was super healthy, and that he was all set to go home. I also had to stay because my blood pressure and oxygen levels still needed to be monitored closely. After those 3 days have passed, it was time to finally bring my son home. For his outfits, I had him wear his "Hello World" onesie, and matched it with his pants that have black, grey, and mint green arrows on them, and also, a matching hat. (A.N - A picture of the outfit is posted above.)

Once I got him dressed, Taylor came in to pick us up. "How's my Queen doing?" Taylor said as he walked over to my side and kissed my forehead. "I'm doing great." I smiled back. Taylor quickly noticed Landon's onesie that he was wearing. "That is a really cute onesie he's wearing. Who got it?" He asked. "My friend Sam got it for Landon." I smiled. "I'm going to take a picture of you holding him." Taylor smiled as he got his phone out. I held Landon and smiled while Taylor took the pictures. After he was done, he showed them to me, and they turned out really cute. He looked through the ones he took and picked from one pf them, which he posted on both Instagram and Twitter. The caption read, *My wife is looking too gorgeous (heart emoji)* Taylor put the car seat on the couch and grabbed Landon and put him in gently. A nurse came in and assisted me in the wheelchair while Taylor carried Landon. Taylor went to go get the car while the nurse waited with me and baby Landon by the main entrance of the hospital. When he pulled up, he got out of the car and put Landon in the car while the nurse assisted me in the passenger seat. Taylor got in the driver's seat and helped me put my seat belt on. After the nurse left, Taylor slowly started driving back home. Landon was sleeping peacefully in the back while I decided to take a small nap while Taylor was driving.

------20 minutes later------

We finally arrived at my house that I'm staying in with Cameron, since Taylor and I don't have a house yet, and Taylor slowly shook me so I could wake up. "Babe, we're here." Taylor whispered as I slowly started to wake up. I woke up and unbuckled my seat belt. Before Taylor got Landon out, he assisted me out of my seat. I slowly closed the door because I didn't want to put too much pressure on my c-section cut. Taylor grabbed Landon from the back seat and carried him inside while I wobbled my way in. When we got to the door, Taylor put Landon down so he could open the door. When the door was opened, there was a blast of surprise that came through. "Surprise!" The people screamed. I was in so much shock when I saw our family in Cam's house to show love to us and Landon. Before I could even walk through the door, I started to burst into tears. I was so overwhelmed by the love that our family showed us. I walked inside and went and hugged every single person that was inside the house. Taylor brought Landon in his nursery and waited for me to come. After I hugged everyone, I went inside the nursery so I could feed Landon and put him to bed. Once he was fed, I went outside and chatted with everyone. I sat down and chatted with my cousin Hannah. "So how does it feel to have a kid now, Jenn?" She asked. "It feels so unreal, but I'm very happy." I smiled. "How did the birth go?" Hannah asked. "At first, it was going really well, but then there was a point where I got so clammy and sweaty, it wasn't normal. Then they called Mom and Dad and Cam to come there quickly, so they drove straight to the hospital after they picked up Taylor from the airport." I replied. "But, overall, the birth was very successful." I smiled. "And I'm glad that Landon is healthy." Hannah smiled. I chatted with my cousin for about 1 hour about how the birth went and how cute Landon looks.

After 3 hours went by, everyone started to leave the house, with the exception of my parents and my brother. They wanted to stay because they didn't get the chance to see Landon when I was in the hospital. And, just in time as everyone left, Landon woke up and was starting to cry. "We'll be back in just a second." I said as my parents and brother sat down on the couch. When we went in the nursery, I picked up Landon and slowly made our way downstairs. I slowly walked out while holding Landon, and my family stood up as they saw us come out. The first to come up were my parents. "Sweetie, he is so handsome." Dad said. "Thanks Dad." I smiled. "Do you guys want to hold him?" Taylor smiled. "Of course we do." Mom smiled. I gave Landon to my Dad first, then my Mom, then lastly, my brother Cameron. I've never seen my parents so happy in the longest time. My parents are always happy, but I haven't seen them this happy since I got married. "Landon, meet your Grandma and Grandpa." I smiled. "Is that what we're going to be called?" Dad smiled. "Yeah. Taylor and I decided that Grandma and Grandpa would be cute names for you guys that Landon could call you." I smiled as we bonded together with my family.
