A man drove down the street, into his garage and turned off the engine. A close up of the Michigan number plate 'MF 6037'. The garage door started winding down by itself and he looked at it, confused. His car doors then self-locked. He struggled but couldn't open them. The ignition key turned by itself and the engine started. Exhaust smoke began filling the garage. The man struggled to turn off the engine to no avail. The radio flicked on. The man began to cough. "Help. Somebody help me!" By now the smoke was very thick and he keeled over, unconscious.

I started up from the bed, suddenly wide awake. I looked across to where Sam and Dean were sleeping peacefully. I sat for a moment, my hands covering my head.
They were happening again.
*A/N-short I know, but it flowed better to have it like this and then head into the episode Nightmare. So consider it as a little interlude*
