"In ancient times, people believed the heavens were filled with Gods and monsters and magical worlds. Then, as time passed, those beliefs faded into myth and folklore. But now we know the stories were true. Other worlds, with other names like Asgard, do exist. And beings once revered as Gods, like Thor, have returned. Leaving us with more questions and an enormous mess to clean up," I narrated.

A box was dropped on the ground and out spilled various metal components.

"Don't say I never gave you anything," Ward said as he emptied the box.

"Checking for alien spectrographic signatures one teeny rock at a time," Fitz said as he kneeled over the parts Ward dropped with some sort of beeping tablet in his hands.

"Necessary precaution. We don't want anything alien getting in the wrong hands,"

"Still, this is definitely the type of work a monkey could easily do,"

"You're our little monkey," I teased. I was working nearby at a table, my cell phone rang in my pocket. I fished it out and looked at the display, it said: Sam Winchester, I clicked the mute ringer button. When I looked up I found Simmons giving me a look. "Don't give me that look. I'll talk to them when I talk to them,"

"Talk to who?" Ward asked

"Nobody," I said at the same time Simmons said.

"Sam and Dean Winchester,"

I glared at her. "I haven't talked to them since my cover was blown. So, you know..." my cell phone beeped again and I looked down at it. Once again I clicked a button and looked back up "Why waste any of our time, really?" I put my phone back in my pocket "Excuse me,"

"You know, it'd be nice if, for once, Thor and his people sent down the God of cleaning up after yourself. They probably have a magic broom for this kind of thing," I heard my father say

"I just wish they'd left their alien ship behind," Skye claimed

"So we can clean that up, too?" I asked as I walked up to them.

"So we could go inside, take a peek under the hood, maybe take it for a spin. Come on, you're telling me piloting an alien ship isn't on your bucket list?"

"I can't think of a single time when anything alien in human hands ended well," my father said as he put another piece into the box Skye was holding.

"Wouldn't mind getting my human hands on Thor. He's so dreamy,"

"Sure, he's handsome, but-"

"No, he's dreamy," May inputted

Skye looked to me "Third opinion? Or are you more into bad boys in leather?" Skye looked down in my hand and I noticed that once more the phone had lit up with Sam's name.

"Everything under control?" my father asked

I looked up at him and nodded "Yes, sir," he nodded and walked off.

"Call him back," Skye told me.

"What for?! It's not like we'll cross paths again..."

Skye gave me a knowing look.

I huffed "I'll call him back when we get stateside..." I felt my vision go hazy as my head began to pound. "Skye..." but as she turned towards me, everything went dark.

~Trillmarka National Park; Norway~

Two park rangers were inside a jeep, they both got out and stared at the sign for the park. It had a weird red symbol painted over the sign, it looked like a red X with a triangle on top of it.

"Now who would do something like that?" The first Ranger asked

"Ah, who knows?" The second Ranger said.

They shut their doors and walked to the sign.

---

A young backpacking couple walked through the woods holding hands. They slowed when they came to a clearing and looked around.

"Baby, look," The woman said, they were looking at a large tree ringed by blue boulders. The man looked down at a notebook he was holding.

"'South of the water, north of the hill...'" he looked at the boulders. "'...A halo of stone'-"

"'Protect the tree still'."

They smiled at each other.

"Jakob, is this it?"

He was looking at the tree and gave a slight nod of his head.

---

A chainsaw started up. Jakob now had on dark goggles and was taking the chainsaw to the tree.

---

The Rangers were trying to clean up the mark, they turned their heads when they heard the chainsaw. It sounded like the tree fell over.

"We should check that out," The first Ranger said.

---

The tree had indeed fallen and Jakob walked on the downed tree. He climbed to a high part of the tree and began to cut there. He had only cut away a section of the tree and kicked that piece away. Some sort of metal rod was inside the tree itself. Jakob removed it from the tree but it looked broken. One side of the rod had an awkward angle and looked rough. He turned and came down the tree as the woman watched. He held it out to her in both of his hands.

"Finally, after all this time," Jakob said

The woman grabbed his face and pulled him in close for a kiss. "I can't wait to tell the others,"

"I told you it was real, and that I would find it." he held it out further towards her. "Are you ready?"

The woman nodded, licked her lips, then put her hands on the rod. When she did a red glow came from inside the rod and symbols appeared on her hands. She gasped and her hands shook but she held on until the glowing and the symbols disappeared, but she continued to hold it as she fell to her knees. Nothing seemed to be happening to Jakob however.

"What you're feeling, don't fight it. That rage, it's already inside of you. Don't be afraid of it, don't hide from its power. Embrace it. Embrace it!"

The woman let out a loud scream then took a deep breath as she let go of the rod and stood. Jakob stayed kneeling just watching her. The first Ranger came into the clearing where they were.

"God!" The Second Ranger exclaimed, "What have you done?"

The woman turned and looked at the Rangers with rage in her eyes as she held the rod. The woman let out a scream and flat handed the First Ranger in the chest sending him flying a good distance backward into a tree. She smiled as Jakob stood up behind her.
