Changkyun stood in my childhood bedroom, gazing over all the boxes piled around.

"Do you really think all of this will fit into my spare bedroom?" Changkyun raised an eyebrow, lifting a stuffed animal out of one of my boxes.

"No, not at all," I chuckled, pulling my bunny out of his hands. "I'm going to donate some stuff,"

"Really?" Changkyun continued looking through the box, pulling out various items from my childhood.

I leaned over, hitting the back of his head with the toy bunny. "If you keep looking around, you'll end up unpacking everything!"

"I'm not! I'm done!" Changkyun defensively threw his hands up.

I sighed loudly. "I can't believe I have to move out,"

"I can't believe I have to turn my part-time office, part-time studio into your bedroom," Changkyun copied my tone.

"I'm so very grateful for that, Kyungie!" I turned to him, giving him a big smile. He rolled his eyes in return.

"Maybe I should ask Jooheon and Minhyuk for help," Changkyun mumbled to himself. "This is a lot of work for two people,"

"What, moving boxes?" I grabbed a box and moved towards the door.

"No, moving your bed and dresser. That's going to be hard, considering you're a weak girl-"

Changkyun shut up once I kicked him in the back of the knee, causing him to trip forward.

"No need to be a dick," he mumbled, grabbing a box as well.

We began moving boxes down my stairs, piling what needed to go to Changkyun's on one side of the living room and the donations on the other. It would've taken a little less time if Changkyun wasn't on his phone for a good ten minutes in the bathroom, but I was still grateful for his help.

Eventually, everything I owned was sitting in boxes around the living room. I let out a deep sigh.

"You know, growing up in two days has really taught me a lot," I nodded slowly, putting my hands on my hips.

"And what's that?"

"I should really start working out more,"

Changkyun laughed, "I thought you were going to say something cheesy about how you felt bittersweet to be getting rid of all your childhood belongings to move up into big kid world,"

I shrugged, "Maybe a little, but for the most part, my calves are screaming about going up and down stairs over and over,"

"Well, it's not over yet!" Changkyun put a hand on my shoulder. "My apartment has a flight of stairs, too,"

I groaned, "This sucks!"

"You're the one who wanted to move in," He laughed. "Now, I'll take all your stuff to my place while you go take the donations,"

"Why don't we just take everything to your place?"

"I'm not going to fill my house with useless boxes, y/n. I have plans," Changkyun stated.

"What? A date with your left hand?" I snickered, turning towards him.

He rolled his eyes, "No, it's my right hand, dumb ass,"

I pushed his hand off my shoulder, which made him laugh.

We started taking boxes out to our cars, which was much easier than going from my upstairs room to the living room.

Changkyun said a quick goodbye, telling me to meet at his house once I was done so we could figure out how to get my furniture. I saluted him before driving off to go donate.

I peeked at the boxes piling in the backseat, smiling slightly.

Changkyun was right, this was a really bittersweet moment. I was finally getting out of my house, the one I grew up in.

I was leaving it all behind.
