Chaeyoung knelt down to pick up her books when someone said, "Let me help you."

She lifted her head and saw a unfamiliar person standing in front of her.

"Thank you." Chaeyoung slowly stood up after packing her things.

"No problem! I'm Yugyeom, how about you?" He smiled brightly at her.

"I'm Chaeyoung," She quickly replied. "I have to get to my classroom. Bye!"

She personally doesn't really like talking to boys, so usually she stays away from them.

Yugyeom stood there and looked at Chaeyoung running away from him. "Did I do anything wrong?" he mumbled to himself.

Chaeyoung got to her classroom, settled her things and sat down to wait for her best friend Mina to come.

"Today is the first day of high school, I need to do well." she said, trying to cheer herself up.

She looked at the door to check if Mina is here yet, but instead she saw... what's his name again? Yugyeom? coming in. She sighed and looked out the window next to her, silently hoping that he won't sit anywhere near her.

Yugyeom greeted his best friend Bambam and sat next to him, which also happened to be right behind Chaeyoung's seat. He poked her and smiled, "Hey! You're Chaeyoung, right?"

Chaeyoung just turned around and gave the best smile she could. It was tiny and fake, but she had no time to worry about that. The class is getting filled up with students and Mina isn't here yet.

Will she ever come?!
