Nothing much happened, except that Mina started dating BamBam. Chaeyoung literally looked happier than Mina and was fangirling about it until the school anniversary came close.

The school anniversary is 3 days away. Everyone in the school was excited and passionate about what their class is doing, and the teachers cannot wait to check out every single class.

Mina dressed up as a pirate. Chaeyoung as a cowgirl, BamBam a vampire, and Yugyeom as a... freaking minion.

Sometimes Chaeyoung wonder what the tall boy is thinking, but he does look really cute in that yellow onesie.

[Chaeyoung's POV]

Is that... Yugyeom? Holy why is he wearing that...

I have to admit that he looks extra cute like that, but... he could've wore something that looked cooler! Everyone in the classroom looks so cool and flawless, especially Mina. She looked absolutely perfect in that pirate costume.

Tzuyu looked GORGEOUS in that black gown and pearl necklace, and she was talking happily to Mark, who was seated beside her.

Everyone laughed when Yoongi and Hoseok came in, Yoongi dressed up as a police, while Hoseok was a prisoner. I swear, they're literally best friend goals.

[Third person POV]

The carnival started and everyone quickly got into their groups. Chaeyoung secretly changed with Mina so that she could be with BamBam, even though that meant that she has to be with Yugyeom.

Ms. Nayeon wished them for the best and walked out of the classroom smiling.

Since Chaeyoung and Yugyeom are in the same group, they get the same shift. Starting from 11AM, they will be free until the carnival ends. Both of them worked hard and enjoyed the time.

Some girls chose Yugyeom and flirted with him, which made Chaeyoung kind of mad in some way while she doesn't even know why.

Finally, it's time to get off work and finally have some fun! They walked out of the classroom together and started looking at other booths.

"Chaeyoungie," Yugyeom said. "Can we eat first?"

"WHATTTT?!" Chaeyoung exclaimed. "It's only 11! We'll eat at around 12."

"PLEASEEEEE?"

"Nopeee!" Chaeyoung stuck out her tongue and kept walking in those high ankle boots.

Suddenly, he grabbed her wrist when they got to the garden. Chaeyoung let out a scream and tripped when she was turning around. She fell directly into Yugyeom's chest. Her eyes widened and quickly stood up straight, her cheeks were bright red and she refused eye contact with the tall boy in front of her. She pulled on her cowgirl hat and tried to hide her blushing face.

Yugyeom leaned down until their faces were only inches apart. Chaeyoung stopped breathing for a second and backed off until her back touched the edge of the fountain. She could feel his breath brushing past her cheeks, and her heart was pounding so loud that she was worried that he would hear.

"Let's go eat." He whispered in her ear and let out a loud laugh. "AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! YOU FELL FOR IT~"

"YAH! KIM YUGYEOM!! You're gonna be minion meat I SWEAR TO GOD," Chaeyoung started hitting his arm as he walked. Where did he learn all those stuff?

HELLLOOOOO I AM SO SORRY THAT I DIDNT UPDATE TBH I FINISHED WRITING THIS YESTERDAY BUT THE WIFI WAS CUT OFF FOR SOME REASON :((( i was having a mental breakdown XD

this is such a short chapter heh. i'll try to update more but sometimes i have a massive brain fart and idk what to write T_T please understand and keep supporting me~ <3
